*points at Cayenne* What she said. Violence, sex, graphic actions all have places and appropriateness in threads. It doesn't have really any benefit in chat other than for private amusement and often ends up offending people if the sheer amount of PMs, HD Tickets, logs, etc we get bombed with are to be believe.d Hence these rules are called "CHAT RULES" not "Forum Rules". Our rules, like Cayenne says, are pretty clear cut and are something we do not have plans to change. We have added a signature rule in there, but its just on size limitations, the content remains the same.

I hope that clears things up. Like I've said before, we've only done this in response to what the pbase wants and demands. They really want a clean polite friendly chat. You guys can take the other stuff to AIM or MSN or even IRC if you'd like.
