Alrighty. I'm ready to start my thread now. I was just a bit confused.

Ok here goes.

How do I proceed?

Do I just post the thread and hope for the best or does a mod need to post it for me? I know I've seen a few people post on their own but I was just curious.

Well, you can just post it yourself (and hope for the best). That's generally what most people do. I can't really tell you exactly how to go about it without knowing anything about it. If it's just a social thread then you won't need a mod at all, but if you're going for an adventure style you will need a mod at some point. How about you shoot me a PM of what your thread is going to be and I'll try to help you out.

Well, I suffered a little insomnia last night, so rather than actually go to bed, I stayed up and finished Syliras. All the locations are in that were planned, and I'm declaring the city officially finished. I'll do mod posts when I wake up, and finish the wiki entry.

Alright I am now hatching out some ideas about my characters past. At least the Akalak side of him. I was wondering if I could get a mod to assist me in this. If I can then I'll let the mod know my ideas and how I was hoping they could help. I just don't think I can self mod this, someone with a bit more experience could help me put the rough edges together and make this character really unique and cool. I hope I hope. Anyhow please let me know and I'll PM whoever it is so I can shoot the idea by without giving away what I call my "character plot" to everyone.

Btw, I like the signature, but not the way you cut the avvie out ... imho it looked better with the blue frame and writing. Of course I won't force you to change it, no!

Malia- No worries. We all like what we like. I've developed a real dislike for centered crops (boring!), commercial feel (which includes frames), tons of writing on signatures (*whispers* Thats what a CS is for folks!), emo individual words (get over this people!), poetry, lyrics, and famous people quotes. I'm also a little tired of Hessey avatars and signatures (which he doesn't authorize for use btw). I find quotes from players in game, chat, or from posts are my very favorite - or simple passages to describe a pc the absolute best. My current in game favorite signature is Fia's, because its just lovely beyond words. And oddly enough, I really like it when people find an obscure model/Actress/Singer that has tons of pics available (and who isn't say famous in the Supermodel or Actress sense) and use that person as their avatar or in their signature and trade it up a lot. Rachel is really good at doing this, and Abashai's avatar has tons of potential as well. People who work hours on new avatars and CS pictures like Render really have my unfaltering adoration because they put so much time and effort into it that it blows me away. I like Liminals avatars, mainly because they are so out of theme and out of place they tend to startle me (isn't that the point?), and Nick's ADS avatar made me smile for the very same reason. I wish Tarot would change his up once in a while, but then I've known him for years and once saw him use the same avatar for two years straight... and remember the agony of him looking for 'the perfect avatar' for one of his all-time best pcs ever... and that was... something I never want him to have to go through again.

So... we like what we like. It's all good. And I like it that you feel comfortable enough here to speak your mind. I hope your always like that, Malia.
