Closed [Bronze Woods] A hunting lesson. (Roderick)

[Akora Makunari]

(so sorry Rodrick...just got onto highschool and homework flooded on the 2nd day...)

Akora watches as the Muledeer walks in the direction of the rye. Her eyes fixed sharply on it and she hastily trys and aiming the arrow perfectly if it were to run. Unaware the deer tilts its head down at the grains of rye and reachs down eating. Its foot stomped and got caught in the snare and it lifts its head struggling to kick it off. Akora unknocked her arrow and puts it in her bag. She throws her bow over her head and slow slides her back dow the tree the slips off the branch landing somewhat gracefully. She looks at Rodrick "this is where you cans just stab the deers neck." she said wand calmly walks at the deer as it wasted its energy and started to calm down, fearful though as it watchs the girl walk at it. She quickly used her wrist knife and stabbed the deer in the neck hitting its spin bone and a mager blood vessel. The deer kicked a little rebellious but slowly clamed as it hit the ground.

Roderick watched as the deer bent its neck towards the pile of rye, seeing the snare attach itself to the animal's neck; it began struggling furiously to free itself. Overhead Akora stood down, slipping her bow over her bag and sliding the arrow back into her bag. She slowly slid down from the branch and landed pretty well. She turned to the other hunter and said, "This is where you can just stab the deer's neck." she calmly walked over to the deer and started petting its neck to calm it, then drove a knife into its neck, unleashing a river of crimson down its neck. Roderick had followed her over to the deer when she went towards it. He watched with her as it continued to fight and writhe as it fell to the ground, but the blood loss weakened it quickly and soon after it could only twitch in pain; not long after that it had passed on. "I never used snares or traps all that much," he said to her as the deer bled to death, "I just tracked my prey and put an arrow through its neck. Not as easy as this, but at least you get good at running" he smirked to himself, then turned and looked at her, "Anything else you'd care to share with a fellow hunter?" asking couldn't hurt, considering the worst thing she could do was refuse to say anything and then walk away.
