The unassuming den of the Constrictor Dhani, it is truly a pit of snakes. Travelers should take care, because the Dhani are always hungry... [Lore]

Fall 3, 513 A.V.
The light of the sun beamed into Xen's cavern. He was ready for the indoor activities he had in mind for himself. The dhani was noticing he was becoming quite lazy and out of shape, he needed to built up his deteriorating endurance as well. The time he spends in this cavern could be put to use and he had an idea. Two small rocks were sitting in front of him each looked about ten pounds. Xen carefully scrutinized the two stones as he rubs his chin with his left hand.
“
Alright! ”
Xen grabbed one stone with his left hand and the other with his right. He proceeds to slowly lift the two stones at once and gradually tighten his grip to prevent the stones from falling onto his toes. Xen then starts to jab the air with his right hand, counting as he did so. This was only a warm-up exercise, it may look silly and plain but it was effective when one needed to limber-up some muscles. Xen's jabs were lacking but gradually became better, he was to focused on the weight of the rocks.
“One... two.... three! ”
The objective was to start small and then later bigger stones would have to be turned. Xen was confident in his current state of endurance, no rocks were going to slow him down! The dhani changed hands and began to jab with his left hand to allow this fist to slice through the air. He was working a steady pace, letting the muscles in his arms flex and be energized by the influence of his training.

Xen had worked his arms; they were limber but now his legs needed to be loosened. Xen took a breath, crouched and then performed a short jump. He does this five times in succession, working those leg muscles like a champ! Xen took his shirt off; he decided he didn't need it since he was by himself. The viper quieted his thoughts, allowing them to wander and drift about within the cavern. A strange aura surrounded Xen, as he focused his body and mind in this simple exercise. He could hear the steady echoes of his breathe inside the cavern and the faint pattering of flesh touching the hard cavern floor. The air felt elegant with a tinge of coolness surrounding it, quietly the viper observed these subtle details with his senses.
Xen stops jumping to catch his breath and to enjoy the tranquility of his mind. He felt good about working his body and soothing his mind, it was good for his spirit and overall well-being. Xen walks over to the stone resting in the center of the room; he sits on the stone with warm rays of sunlight to shining down on him. He remains motionless like the stone beneath him; he sharpens his focus by imagining himself as the center of the cavern. The viper saw the world around him melt and form into one. Xen extended both of his hands forward, pushing the shapeless world away from him; something within him surfaces an ethereal-like substance.
“
Hah... ”
Xen opens his eyes and there in the center of his palms was a small cloud of res. He began to move his hands in long fluid motions, slowly the res synchronized with Xen's movements. The viper was like a young potter with clay, he slowly began to move in circular motions while being careful in not disturbing the res's spherical shape. Xen observed the res, its circular form was steadily coming into place, and he was patient despite his lack of skill. Xen eliminated the res's uneven edges and now it was a perfectly round orb. A tiny mirage sat between the palm of Xen's hands, it shimmered and bent as though light had altered its speed, as it passed through patches of more and less dense air.
“That was exhausssting but now the real ssstuff beginsss.”
Xen watched as the little mirage glowed slightly and strands of water encircled it. The water was composed of sweat, his sweat that trickled down his arms, chest and forehead. Xen lowered his right hand to his side and allowed the orb of water to float above his left hand. The viper looked at a small patch of moss lying on the wall; he grins and raises his left hand. The orb lunges forward and hurtles towards the wall; it strikes the moss on the wall but just barely.

Xen sat quietly while taking slow even breathes. The viper was calming and pacing himself, making sure to avoid over exertion and stress. He needed to focus, mediate and relax before performing an arduous or risky task. Xen wanted to be at the top of his game right from the start, ensuring that whatever comes to obstruct his way, he would be able detect it and overcome it. Xen sat up from the stone and places both of his feet on the ground, he exhales preparing himself for the next task.
Xen walks around the stone he was previously sitting on and gets behind it. He places both hands onto the stone and crouches slightly. The viper began to push the large stone out of the way, its next destination was where he had thrown the ball of water he created using reimancy. The moderately sized yet heavy stone slowly rolled across the cavern floor, it grinned along the floor and growled in protest as Xen slowly pushed it across the room.
He was starting feel a burning sensation rising within his legs, arms and thighs. The exercise from before warmed his joints which prepared him for this very moment. A few beads of sweat rolled down Xen's forehead and into his eyes, they stung him slightly as he progressed with his physical exercise. Xen hugs the stone, placing his entire chest onto the rock and turns it to the left to avoid steering off the path he intended to follow. The viper was starting to feel a bit tired but he pressed on, letting this be the last exercise session he'd undertake today.
....
“
Okay, time to lift you up. ”
Xen crouched and exhaled, he lifts the fifty pound rock off the floor slightly before running out of breathe and placing it in the spot where he wanted it to go. Xen was satisfied for today, he walked over to his bed and sits on the edge. The viper inhales and then exhales, trying to lower the speed of his heartbeat. A grin forms across the vipers sweat soaked face, he was content with an exercise that wouldn't even have made a constrictor or bat an eye.
Xen stomach growls as he reaches into his bag and grabs a piece of dried meat. He takes a bite and chews a few times before swallowing and repeating the process all over again. The viper could smell how musty he was; however, since he was alone, no one could complain about the mustiness but him. Xen knew he would need to take a bath and decides he would do so after he's taken a nap.
Xen slides into his bed while he pushes his covers away to avoid having them smelling musty later. He really did not want to clean his covers anyway but then he realizes that his clothes would need to be washed, or they'd smell really bad and offend people with his bad odor. The viper now knew what he was doing later, cleaning his clothes and washing himself. Xen lays back in his bed, exhausted from his physical workout.
