I'd also like to reserve Lot 8 for a foundry called Quality Metalworks, run by an elderly Human, who is a metallurgist and a locksmith. He works closely with the Isurian boys he works next to, though with some well needed firendly competition.

No worries! Is the metallurgy foundry and locksmith still up for grabs?

Also, do ships often wreck on Shipwreck Beach? If not, did they used to? Either way I'd like to reserve Lot 1 on the East Bank for a boat maker and ship repair shop that operates off the beach called Dreams of Zeltiva. Would that be okay? I know it's on the East Bank and that it's supposed to be classy, but it's tucked away behind the Mistery Shope so nobody really has to deal with it unless they want to spend the day on Shipwreck Beach...but shouldn't they be going to Gold Beach for their fun in the sun anyway? It sounds so much nicer!

Hi Folks.

While I really admire the enthusiasm, I'm putting my foot down in a toddler like stomp. No reserving locations or business types (without permission) unless you are reserving it for your OWN business. Seriously. I see a scenario building here where one or two people reserve multiple locations and business types for LOCATION WRITEUPS they want to do (which is fantastic) but then never get around to doing the writeup. So here's how we are going to work it. If you are doing writeups for locations other than your PC business, that's great, but take some steps first.

1. GET PERMISSION FOR THE LOCATION (one at a time - finish one before doing another)
2. POST THE WRITEUP (when its complete)
3. POST WHERE YOU WANT IT LOCATED (island name or bank, spot #) AT THE SAME TIME AS THE LOCATION IS POSTED (as part of your submission).
4. AWAIT APPROVAL AND A MOD TO POST IT.
5. WORK ON YOUR NEXT PROJECT BY STARTING AGAIN AT #1.

This way we don't have one or two pc's reserving a ton of types of businesses without actually doing writeups and thus preventing other people from getting those types of locations done. We also get a first come first serve situation, so the more you complete the more you can do as your ideas flow.

This is the FAIREST way to do this without stepping on toes and having people calling dibs on places and then not following through, which is a HUGE pet peeve of mine.

So sorry to confuse you, Banickle, but I wanted 28 on the West Bank, nestled between the brewery and the inn. It would make sense for Fiora to get some exotic trades from traveling caravans there. My shop is now called Tangled Tapestries and Woven Wonders. The BP is currently awaiting approval and feedback.
