NPC Question

I need to create an NPC; specifically, my character's father and his Strider, as I've mentioned them before and they will feature in some of the flashbacks that I do, and probably will use him in future threads. Specifically, what is and isn't allowed for an NPC?

A static NPC, that is one that is yours and not the locations, must be approved via the Help Desk.

They are much like creating a PC's when your thinking of Stat points and only are allowed 50, they get no racial bonus as far as I know.

Basically you come up with a description, History, and skill point allowance and post it in the Help Desk and it gets approved from there.

Another thought to add, be patient with the HD. It gets swamped and with the Nano month going on Mods and others are understandably enjoying their PC's trying to get the 50,000. They will handle it, they are awesome like that but things get a bit hectic

Until the NPC is approved, though, can I use him in a thread? He and Aran interact a bit in the flashback thread I'm currently working on. Or can I use him, and the thread just won't be able to be graded until the NPC is approved?

Yeah you can use him sparingly, I did with Taylani's mother. I didn't go over board with it though. I would go easy, especially if you plan on having training threads with him until you get it approved though.
