On a more serious note, these are helpful and insightful, to both pinpoint potential areas of concern/intrigue and to plan how to transition an old-Lhavit character into new shiny Lhavit without the shift being too jarring.

That bit about the architectural style of Lhavit being designed, at least in part, to recall the vanished cities of Suva and Alahea, was a totally new one to me and yet it makes a great deal of sense, especially since the original founders are still around and still active in city politics and government. Thought-provoking vBlogs; the best kind! And backstories! Hurrah!

It goes without saying I'm looking forward to the Dusk Tower changes, and the more general alterations that'll surely be sweeping through the celestial city in the future .

So is the staff of Bharani made up of Seekers or are they a separate group that doesn't always work within its walls? Obviously my PC works at the library and I'm not sure if she's like an apprentice Seeker or just an employee working together with them sometimes.

Secondly, do you think the two founder Ethaefal could have built Lhavit with their memory of architecture before the Valterrian in mind? It'd be very hazy and blurred, of course, but I think it could be part of the explanation for your idea.

Lastly, does 'secular' also mean that religion is more about tradition than in other parts of Mizahar? I feel that with all the individual temples and priesthoods and festival ceremonies it really is... and different from other cities because although they've temples too, religion seems like a private and not a public thing. One example would be the Temple of All Gods (it's in Syliras) where Glav used to talk to visitors in private. No priesthood, just him. Maybe that can also be part of the Lhavit specialty?

All in all, I still love hearing your thoughts. They're so detailed and refined! Can't wait for all the changes and improvements you mentioned!

I'm so proud. You said Lhavit right! BTW Almost nothing pisses me off. Mispronunciation irritates me. Totally different. Irritation just makes me grumble and give you dirty looks. Actually pissing me off results in lengthy rants which usually start with or includes the phrase... "I'm confused..." Not because I'm actually confused. I just say that instead of saying "You're being stupid..." which is a nicer way to express my disbelief you are asking for something or doing something or saying something or making some outrageous statement....
