Stefan Teagan
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Birthday: Season of Fall, Day 29, 490 AV.
Birthplace: Zeltiva
Appearance: Stefan is 1.75m in height, 70kg in weight, caucasian with a slim build. His eyes are dark brown, as well as his hair, which he likes to keep messy and long; he also sports a stubble, though he shaves to not to have it too long, as he takes care of his personal looks and hygiene, and bathes often.
He's not particulary strong, but is really agile and fit. Most of the time, he's wears a calm expression on his face, except on dire situations. Then, he just smiles.
He usually wears light clothing (preferin it to be either very colourful or very dark, usually cotton), or in the warmer seasons, not clothing at all, though he will probably wear pants for decency. Probably. He also has a particular fondness for leather, especially bracers, vests and boots.
He has the following marks on his body:
- A scar across the right corner of the mouth, gained in his teenager years when he first tried to steal something.
- A long scar on his left bicep, and other in his right thigh, both inflicted by a knife.
- The image of a miza tattooed on his left shoulder.
- The text "Wine, Women & Song", on stylized, elegant letters, tattoed on the side of his right bicep.
Character Concept
Stefan is an hedonist, a bohemian, a libertine and lover of music and excitement. He always looks for the pleasures of life: wine, women, and songs, and everything else comes second (or fourth, or fifth, for that matter). His "quest" for pleasure goes from simple things to literature, arts, to even thievery and crime, but mostly for the thrill, not for the profit (though that is a good incentive), as it is one of the pleasures he seeks. It goes without saying that he's a very libidinous individual, and will almost always flirt and try to seduce every woman he meets, no matter the race or position.
He if often seen as a merry, sentimental, dreamy and calm individual, with a quick wit and a sharp tongue, and eye for the lasses and talent for keeping one step ahead of the law, who prefers to talk things out than fight, and trust almost anybody at first -especially women- and that's because he actually is. But he's the proof that looks can be decieving; beneath his velvety exterior, there lies a scroundel that doesn't play fair, gets itchy fingers when he sees something he can get, and often carries a dagger in his boot, just in case.

Character History
Stefan was the second child (with an older brother and an older sister) of a teacher of the University of Zeltiva and a merchant with a shop on the port of Zeltiva. He was never good in bussiness, though, as the concept of running a shop always bored him, so he preferred to play music instead. They lived a good life, until his uncle, jealous of his brother, decided he wanted what he had.
Stefan's uncle gave away his family to a group of bandits. His father and mother were killed in from of the three childs. The last time he ever saw his brothers.
Stefan survived, scaped, was recaptured, scaped again, but was always kept by the same group of bandits, as they knew that nobody would buy him for being so weak, sickly and useless, and only kept alive because the chief liked how he sang. He eventually scaped for good, not without problems, and traveled towards Syrlias, where he made his way to Alvadas. There, he was forced to steal to survive, and was caught often, but survive he did. That became an habit for him, so he is involved often in thievery to this day, though that he doesn't do it to survive like he used to; for him, it's an habit, and a amusing one at that.
It was until a kind Benshira leatherworker called Jaben caught him, and offered a job, food and shelter, in exchange for working, and life seemed good for a while, until he discovered the leatherworker's secret: he was a murderer. Stefan discovered him, and Jaben's reaction was to try to kill him, but in a stroke of luck, Stefan was able to defend himself and kill the man instrad. After that, he did what he always did all his life: he fled, wounded and confused.
After that night, Stefan found himself on a Svefra ship, the Laviku's Pride, leaded by a fierce woman called Captain Marysol; a pirate that was like a curse for the Svefra themselves, and she accepted him in the crew as the shantyman just because she liked how he sang. He spent roughly three years in the ship, living all kind of adventures and visiting almost every city with a port. He also befriended an Svefra called Laddie (called like that because nobody, not even himself, could remember his real name), which he considered something like a brother, but after he died, Stefan was overcomed by grief, so the Captain offered him to spend some time in land, to rest and live a more relaxed life. Reluctantly, he accepted, and he arrived at the city of Riverfall on the 37th Day of Winter of 513 AV.
Even though it has been years since he started his adventures, he doesn't regret anything. As old habits die hard, he will once again return to his adventurous life, and he doesn't care if he gets killed. He's young; he'll make a pretty corpse.
