Sydney Turnstone Appearance Race: Mixed Blood (Svefra/Dhani Constrictor) Gender: Male Age: 22 Birthday: 21st of Winter, 491 AV Birthplace: The Suvan Sea Height: 6" Weight: 180 Physical Appearance: An awkward blending of two very distinct races, Sydney clearly favors his human mother. His hair, decidedly brown, is an unruly mop, something his mother constanly wrestled with when he was younger; now, instead of trying to comb his stubborn mane into something midly acceptable, Sydney prefers to simply cut it down. Quite unevenly, as well, but manageable at least. His eyes mirror his mothers, a dark blue, gentle and cold, mirroring the northern seas of her birth, instead of the sluggish grey-green waters of the Black Rock port. He's tall enough for a human, but not so much to be an oddity. Better described as lithe, instead of sturdy, his body is nicely proportioned and toned; a nice souvenir of a youth spent exploring the nearby shallows and marshes of Black Rock. His skin carries a slight luster, and under close observation shows his skin to be interlocking scales. Character Concept Sydney is curious, most things holding some interest to the young Cicerone. His humor is dark, and morbid. He enjoys sarcasm and quick wit. He has an interest in the world outside of Black Rock, but is comfortable at home, and would probabaly never travel. Character History Sydney was born to a lonely woman, abandoned by both her pod and her lover, on the 21st of Winter, 491 AV. Evelin, his mother and a shipwright by trade, raised him plainly. They shared a small home, perhaps better described as a hovel, not far from the docks where she worked. Considering the nature of Evelin's work, it's no wonder he spent most of his childhood running chores and playing along the docks. But the black island and it's wandering dead ensnared his curiosity easily, his interest turning landwards instead.
