Closed [Tskanna Training Yard] Walking With Giants

Even a Myrian could tell when something was adorable, despite what most of the outside world believed. He remained still while the twin infants trunks began to questioningly prod at his body, only moving his hand to pet lightly along each of their trunks for a moment. Quzon chuckled quietly at the female Tskanna's embrace, lifting both of his arms to greet the mothers hug with an embrace of his own.

He followed Hayti to the water basins where he began to clean himself off as well. As the water bathed down his skin with each splash of water, The Tskanna effluence was quickly removed from his arms. Green eyes lifted to set onto the shorter female. He spoke in an even tone as he shook the water from his arms.

“Life will go on, time will never stand still. When taking care of another living creatures life, it will rest upon me or us to make the right decision during that moment then move forward. Hopefully at the end of an 'exciting day', whether it be a good or bad day, to only end up with minor battle scars.” Quzon paused for a slight moment before a smirk grew on his lips. “Or great ones to remained of the pasts failure to learn from and achieve future victory. I shall do my best to take care of Caiyha's children.”

[Traverse]

Hayti stared at Quzon for a long spell, eyes black and patient...somewhat like a Tskanna. Water dripped ponderously down lithe arms, creating dark patches on the dry earth that had been trampled of any green life by giant flat feet long ago. Finally she spoke.

"One way or another, I suspect you will do well here. Explore the yard for the rest of the day, learn everywhere there is and its purpose, tomorrow you come at dawn and will begin your work shoveling dung."

Her face was serious, her tone equally so, but at the last bit even Hayti of the Night River couldn't keep the twitching at the edge of her lips from being hidden. All workers started the same way after all.

The hint of a smile that passed briefly across Hayti's face was not lost to Quzon. Still, he did not comment further and his attention was turned elsewhere. Turning to find anything of interest to lean about. The mixed blood could only laugh at the mention of dung, which was apart of the job he figured he would have to deal with sooner or later. His gaze returned to hers after he found the direction of the basket where he had set his weapon down. “I'll be here at the dawn.” He smiled at the woman as he turned away. “Bright and early, ready to smell like Vagik.”

He had said it loud enough that there was no way the woman had not heard him. However, he gave no acknowledgment to her or even looked back after he said it. Quzon slow pace was filled with wanderlust causing him to explore the yard. He lingered around the circular complex until a young Tskanna blocked his path.

Lifting a hand, he walked over to the young creature to slide his hand along the animals head. As he continued to move forward his hand traced down the length of its spine, rubbing down its back as he walked past the Tskanna. Quzon had managed to find himself in front of a large stall. The other caretakers preformed their daily tasks even as the mixed blood stood around watching them. They were all busy refilling the water troughs while others were at a water basin to washing the feet of a bull to check for any infections. He learned when the troughs were to be filled, and how the Tskanna's stalls were to be cleaned by watching them muck out the pins.

He spent a bell watching the caretakers lead the adult Tskanna that had been working to a foraging area where they were fed fresh vegetation. With nothing more to see, Quzon retrieved his chakram and happily left the training yard to prepare for his own day of work at dawn.
