[Syliras Location] The Bulletin Board

The Bulletin Board Just past the initial portcullis of the inner gates near the courtyard of the eastern most part of Syliras sits a relatively new structure. Constructed swiftly of wood and stone, two wooden reinforced steps lead upward to a platform of sorts. Upon the platform rests a sturdy set of sanded boards, affixed together with heavy nails. It's clear this enormous board, measuring some fifteen feet in length and approximately six feet in height, was made for functionality over aesthetic appeal. The recent loss of the Starcleaver Bounty Service, along with the overwhelming need for the citizen's of Sylira to aid one another wherever and however they can necessitated the creation of such a board, upon which the common man could post requests for labor, training, or other types of assistance. Of course anyone may post their messages upon the bulletin board, however the board itself is inspected routinely by the Knights, to ensure the surface is not defaced in anyway, and also that it is not taken up by ridiculous claims or propaganda. They attempt to keep the populous on the honor system, advising that messages must be removed when the requests are filled in order to keep the requests up to date, and also to keep the board itself as uncluttered as possible so new messages may be posted.

Due to an event in the city of Syliras, where by his employer was the by-standing victim of a magic related attack on another. Peyton Morothon, by his employer's will, has posted this message on the bulletin board asking for, not only the person who attacked his employer but ANY magic related used in the city period. Whomever reads this and is interested in helping, they WILL receive a charitable amount of coin for their help. To those mentioned above, if you see any magic used in the city, any type that isn't helping another or used without the consent of a Knight, they are to be reported. If you report their name only, you will be paid, but if you can bring said person to Peyton Morothon, you will receive double the coin. How this works, you are to go to the White Swan Inn and contact the owner, they will tell you where to find Peyton Morothon. OOCThis is for PC vs PC, you can't make up some NPC and say that they are using magic and get the reward.
