Are Things Punny Yet?

I was in a sad mood after having written all that information on Lenz and after listening to that very depressing song, so I'd thought I'd throw in some fun posts and puns!

Let's kick this reply off with a cute picture that makes so much sense:

Get it? Because if you park somewhere you aren't supposed to your car gets toad? And there are amphibians that are called toads? And frogs....? Yes, I'm sure you get it and I'm just here rambling away with an interpretation of everything common sense can easily explain.

I think it's cute! The way that they're letting the frogs have their own parking spot even though they don't drive. I don't think their arms would reach the steering wheel, let alone their legs reaching the gas pedal.

But frogs are smart, so I think they'd figure out a way to drive. Or maybe they just need a princess to give them a little kiss on the mouth. Or is that toads? Now I have myself confused!

How about we change the subject to the next picture. Another funny- I mean, punny one!

I have seen more of these commercials than I would have liked to, but after seeing this picture/meme I just about died laughing.

I spend my free time watching a lot of CSI and CSI Miami episodes both on the television and on the internet, so when I saw that this Energizer bunny got arrested for battery, my head diverted back to a few episodes where an man or woman was arrested for battery.

Incase of those who don't understand what battery is and therefore don't understand this picture I'll tell you what it means.

It isn't the battery that you use to charge your phone or camera or even a fan in your room. This battery is defined below:

Resting To A Refrain

I hope all of you don't my choice in music. I really like it but some of you get bored with the same genre of music, don't be afraid to tell me. I can add in some other genres (in my interest) to mix things up.

Book Review of the Day!

Title: Red Heart Tattoo

Additional Notes: I thought this book had a different style than most I have read before. I feel that the author knew what she was writing about, as if she had had first hand experience in the situations that were going on.

I loved all the different genres that were taking place in this novel and although it was sad throughout, I was overjoyed in some parts as well.

I encourage everyone to read this book. It's not only inspiring, but its just a wonderful read overall!

Another Twinkling Tune

I have strong and deep feelings for this song. It just speaks to me in a way that's too difficult to explain. I love the melody and everything about it over many other songs I have posted before.

Little Known Facts About Lenz

1. Lenz is a vegetarian

Pump Up The Jams!

The number of songs I have currently hovers around the twenty mark.

A Colourful Crayon Craft!

So I know how all of you who read my previous arts and crafts posts were so eager for me to post another one, so I did! This one involves crayons of various colours and a blowdryer. Those items and of course your imagination! Let's begin...

Runny Heart Shaped Crayon Art

For this particular craft there isn't much you need to have with you. However, there are a few materials you need to have so that you can have a stunning art project in the end looking much like the picture above.

Items Needed:

1. Crayons (and many at that!)
2. Durable paper (preferably one of those portrait things)
3. Hot glue and a hot glue gun
4. Blow-dryer (with relatively high settings)

Procedure:

1. The first thing you are going to is arrange all of the crayons you have in any shape you want. The shape that was used as a reference guide was a heart so if you'd like to have an exact step by step process, go with making a heart.
2. Glue each of the crayons on the paper to which you had placed them previously
3. Take your blow-dryer and plug it into the wall, switching the settings to high
4. Blow dry the ends of the crayons so that they start to melt and drip off the page. I warn you, there will be splatter, but you'll have so much fun doing it!

Cisum: Music Spelled Backwards

Here is another beautiful song for all of you who enjoy them!

So I would love to tell a little story now that I have all of your attention. It starts way back when I was a child, probably nine or ten years old, when I still had a swing set and an MP3 player before all those fancy iPods came around like they are now.

I would go outside in my backyard and sit on the swing. I would push myself too hard, but I made sure I swayed so that I could feel the wind on my face. I would listen to music just like this and when there were words, I would sing along with them.

Now this might sound like a boring story, but it's a memory and each and everyone alive has wonderful memories that makes then feel happy after thinking about them. This was one of those memories for me.
