Day 34th of Spring, 514 A.V. During Twilight

The day had been an enduring one working at the Red Diamond Fashions store. Handling her craft was becoming tedious as the Kelvic worked her best to push out as many leather products as she could. Reven had become too much of a perfectionist, too focused on her work to cut corners and give up easily on her task. Due to this, her limbs were aching as much as her mind was. It hadn't helped that dark thoughts weighed on her mind, slipping through the brilliant, protective layer of lover her bondmate shrouded her in from time to time. Reven knew he could tell because shortly after, a wave of unease would filter through her body as if to ask a simple question: “Are you okay?”

The Kelvic couldn't hear him, not in her thoughts. It was only through the deep connection established between the two that she was able to recognized distinctive emotions. It took no small amount of focus to ease her thoughts, but once she had shoved back the mild depression, Reven would envelope herself in the love she held for the man, letting it vibrate into the bond, signaling that she was okay.

Truth be told, she was far from the fact. Earlier that season, Reven met with information about her mother's absence in her life with the discovery of a journal. It held information that clearly outline her heritage in blatant, manic writing. The Kelvic was a daughter of a slave, corrupted and violated before being driven insane by the destruction of her bond. At first, she couldn't accept it but when confronting her caretaker with the leather bound evil, it was obvious something had been lurking in the shadows for nearly her entire life. Reven couldn't forgive and couldn't forget. She was lost to such things.

She loathed her heritage.

Walking from the shop, the feline bid farewell to both Orabelle and Hudon before venturing off into the city. Syna's light was approaching the horizon, she too bleeding the last few streams of golden, orange rays before it was time for her to rest. Twilight had fallen over Riverfall and with it, sparkled in the sky many stars that greeted the citizens, welcoming them into the arms of night. Reven walked through the streets of the top tier, rounding the corner only to find a magnificent park where flowers twinkle like colorful gems back to the twilight sky. It drew the cougar closer, finding the view peaceful and relaxing.

Deciding to wander into such a place before heading home, Reven took her time examining the flowers, admiring the vibrant pigments and beautiful petals. For a moment, it made her heart ache. She couldn't understand why but it showed upon her features.

“That's quite a face you've got there.” A deep voice sounded, pulling the Kelvic's attention.

A few feet from her, sitting on the bank of a pond, was an Akalak man who had only shaped legs. From the look of it, they appeared wooden, blatantly artificial. Reven could tell the man had seen some kind of battle. Pausing, hazel eyes captured his frame steadily. He had not turned to look at her, how could he know what she looked like?

“Yes, young lady. You there. I am speaking to you.” He confirmed. “Or is there another person here that brought with them such an unpleasant atmosphere.”

How rude! The Kelvic frowned. “I didn't mean to disturb you. Excuse me...”

His eyes turned on her then, looking collected, open. “I didn't mean to upset you. I was stating an obvious fact.” A tick past before a smile lifted his lips. “I'm Missinar, why don't you come sit by the water for a moment. It does help.”

Gesturing to the spot next to him, Reven's brow rose. “Oh, no... Thank you, I just came to look at the flowers.”

“Please.” He offered again. “I would enjoy the company, if it's only for a brief moment.”

The Kelvic wanted to let out a sigh but bit it back and moved to sit a comfortable distance from the Akalak. He was odd, too relaxed and at ease with his surroundings. That, however, was probably one of the reasons why she never noticed him. Watching the man now, he had taken to closing his eyes and settling back, relaxing in the cool, night air. Breathing in, he released the air in his lungs, as if falling into a kind of meditation.

What was he up to?

“... And you are?”

A chime had past, his voice suddenly startling in the quiet atmosphere. Blinking, hazel eyes turned to the pond before them. “My name's Reven.”

“Reven. What a nice name, have you been in Riverfall long?”

“Most of my life, yes...” She was uncomfortable providing such information. “I wasn't born here.”

From her peripheral, she saw him nod softly. Chimes went by all without either of them speaking. She could tell her presence was offsetting the atmosphere now and felt completely embarrassed for it. As if to fix this, Missinar spoke up. “I find the pond has a way of pulling one's stress from them. After a long day, I enjoy stopping here for a time to meditated on things. Maybe you should do that as well? It never hurts to try.”

Missinar and Slint were the initial reason the Resort was created in the first place. They first found Silari in a drunken bout of rage after they had lost both of his legs in battle and were gently nursed back to mental health by the understanding and kindness of the patient Konti: After all, how can you claim that no one understands when your partner has the ability to feel your memories as if they were her own?

Once Missinar and Slint had recovered, all three individuals realized how much the city could use a place of rehabilitation in a place almost entirely comprised of warriors. Together they made an impassioned case to the Council of Ten who accepted and helped the Konti and Akalak build their sanctuary. Though the Resort is largely non-profit, donations comes from all over the city, even from citizens who have never stayed in the Resort themselves, and both Silari, Missinar, and Flint live in relative comfort as they aid those around them.

Missinar is a singer who is always there to uplift a fallen soul, loud and boisterous it is hard to be in a bad mood with the lively Akalak in your midst. Slint on the other hand is silent and reclusive, but does is part as well. He believes that calm mediation and control of the mind are the true elements to recovering from physical and mental trauma, and teaches in the meditation gardens every morning.

The Mists of Meditation [S'Essy]

Postby S'Essy on March 19th, 2014, 3:12 pm

Night was coming, Syna was going down. It was nearly the end of the day. The weather became chilly. The Sun's was still warming the land though. S'Essy had only this happiness that day. She was annoyed and tired and more annoyed. Working as a healer was a pleasant work, if the patient was pleasant as well. But just today one of her patient went on to her nerves. She very much would kick his injured leg but she was focusing on her Rak'keli gnosis mark. Her goddess wouldn't approve it and even S'Essy would had regret it.

She was on the street, hardly standing on her legs. She could go home and rest. Perhaps go swimming. But she rather chose to go to somewhere peaceful. Visiting parks where flowers were blooming became her hobby. But she couldn't deny that she liked them. She was too obsessed with them. Their sight, their scent, everything. It wasn't far either.

So she was going forward on the road. At the end of it, she could find it. She was walking very slowly, not like she was hurrying. She was just looking around the city. She took a quick look at the butcher shop. An akalak was working there all the time, she has never visited it yet. After a few chimes she arrived, as she expected a beautiful sight 'waited' for her.

Semele park, it was really like gems would be there. She was walking in and was trying to spot where she could rest and sit down. While she was going next to the flowers, she noticed a woman and an akalak. When she got closer to them she could hear what they were talking about. So he was meditating and he wanted company. S'Essy smiled, it was a perfect opportunity.

"Can I join as well then?" She asked kindly in Common tongue. She needed to learn more about meditation, maybe they could show her a trick or two. Also as the akalak said, a company never hurts. Two? More the merrier. "I'm S'Essy!" She introduced herself and sat down next to them.
Unless I promised one, I can not accept any more threads at the moment! I'm sorry.

“Meditation? I've never done such a thing before.” Reven commented, staring off into the waters.

Gazing off into the Looking Glass, the Kelvic noted how the colors of twilight reflected like a mirror on the still waters. Not even a ripple from the wind disturbed them. She heard a chuckle to her right and turned to meet Minniar's amused gaze. “I'm sure you have, do you day dream?”

“I wouldn't consider such a thing as meditation.” She retorted.

He shook his head. “Of course it is. When you day dream, you allow your thoughts to wander, freeing your mind from the subconscious hold you put it in throughout the day. Your breath follows that same rhythm of your thoughts. Haven't you ever felt relaxed after day dreaming?”

A tick past while the feline thought on his words. He was right, she supposed. Whenever Reven let her mind go, usually to the thoughts of her bondmate, she would fell relaxed afterwards. But that was not what she wanted to do now, was it? The Akalak was right, she did need to relax... Being near him made her realize how stressed she had been recently and how she needed to let some of the tension go. “Tell me more.” She voiced, meeting her hazel eyes with his.

That's when another person joined them. Was this turning into some kind of group outing? The Kelvic never intended to be seated here anyhow. The Konti woman had overheard their conversation and sat down next to Minniar in hopes of joining into the meditation exercise the Akalak was trying to coax her into doing. Reven shrugged inwardly. She needed this...

“Certainly.” The Akalak smiled. “I'm Missinar and this is Reven. Did you know day dreaming is a form of meditation? Not most people do. It's not as effective as truly guiding yourself into a kind of trance, but it does the trick, sometimes. I was hoping to find someone to meditate with, I'm sure you both wouldn't mind.”

Reven relaxed her shoulders and laid back against the grass, letting out a soft sigh. “No, I don't. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try it.”

Missinar waited for the Konti's answer before nodding. “Alright then, find a position that's most comforting to you. Once you've found it, close your eyes and relax... Take in a deep breath, hold it, then release... Do it again, let it out... While you breathe, let your body relax. Bit by bit, let the stress go, focus on your breath...”

Reven slid her eyes shut and followed his instruction. At first, she had sucked in a breath, letting it out with a softly, barely audible groan. The grass was soft, the blades caressing her skin as Reven fought to relax. She took in another breath of air, this time slowly, gently, envisioning the stress running off of her like water. Steadily, she felt her body ease of tension, each muscle relaxing after a period of time till she felt like a soft blob against the earth.

The Kelvic would groan but that would ruin the peaceful atmosphere.

The Mists of Meditation [S'Essy]

Postby S'Essy on March 22nd, 2014, 10:12 am

S'Essy smiled back at the akalak. Missinar, she was wondering which is his other self. But it wasn't the right time to ask him, she also thought it would be rude. She quickly threw out that thought from her head and also smiled at Reven. "Nice to meet you!" She was paying her attention back to the akalak. He put up an interesting topic. She could never imagine that day dreaming could be a form of meditation. Infact she thought it's where she lots in her thoughts.

"I wouldn't join here if I didn't want to try it, would I?" She added and was making herself comfortable. She felt lucky. After a tiring day, she found an akalak who can teach her to relax. And in a place like this. She already forgot about her work. She was staring at the park when she looked at Reven and Missinar. They already closed their eyes. S'Essy did the same and quickly tried to 'join back'.

The breathing technique was easy for her. She was always doing that so she had a little experience. In.. and out. She was focusing all her attention to her breathing. She just felt that and heard that. She had also a lot stress. Relaxing her body was harder problem. She took a deep breath and tried to imagine that the air which she blow out will also take out her stress. She didn't success. Her body was still filled with it. She tried it once more. Took a deep breath and blow it out. For this time she found that she was more relaxed and her body was lighter.

She was about to empty her thoughts too, but waiting for the akalak would be better for her. While that she was curious who was Reven. Maybe a little touch could tell a little bit about her. She had to stop herself, doing such a thing would scare her and even disturb her meditation.

The Mists of Meditation [S'Essy]

“See the tension dissolve like a cloud, blown away by the breeze... Breathe again, in and out... Slowly, again...”

Missinar instructed, guiding both Kelvic and Konti as all three laid upon the soft grass. Silence fell over the group, giving way to the sounds of nature as it sprung up around them through the silence. Inspects were out, ticking, buzzing, flying, birds chirped, the noises of city life echoed off into the distance while the wind gently caressed their skin. Reven breathed in softly, not even focused on her breath anymore. The cougar was too in tune with the sounds around her to focus on the Akalak's words.

Her hearing was well, even if she was in human form, the Kelvic still retained a very small amount of her animal's qualities. Though her eyes were shut, the cougar could paint a mental image in her mind, putting to picture what information she received from the world around her. A bird flapping, landing to a branch before twitching its beak about, chirping, then twitching again. Inspects buzzed, a fly simply swirling in circles, trying to find some guidance to what it wanted even though it flew without intention before suddenly being snatched into the mouth of a frog who gave a satisfied croak.

Reven envisioned herself, transformed and pawing at the dirt, sniffing the new scents, following what she could, running amok in the gardens while she chased after the birds. She would be playful with them but they didn't take it as such, being the predator that she was. They would fly away from her frantically, clawing for the freedom of the skies, leaving her safely on the ground to watch them flutter away.

And oh, did she watch.

It was a sad vision, one the related to her childhood. Constantly watching potential friends flutter away just because of what she was, or her behavior, or her situation with Mutaldi. Now the cougar was left in the garden and as she looked around, she noticed not too clearly that it wasn't Semele's Park that she was playing in but a different garden, vibrant with the colors of her mind. The flowers, bushes, trees, and grass all shifted slowly around her, turning into different things. The picture was starting to slip away from her as the Kelvic tensed, reaching for the image, trying to grasp the colors and shapes within it. Her cougar form sat slowly upon the ground, looking toward her just as the image faded to the blackness of her mind.

Reven was brought back to Missinar guiding them through mental imaging and picturing. The feline didn't remember hearing his voice instruct her through what she had just done, but from the way he spoke, it appeared she had followed his guidance. So she waited for him to pull her into her mind once more.

“Ease your mind, be at peace...” He coaxed, his voice silky smooth. “Let go of your troubles and relax in the sounds around you, let them guide your mind for a moment. Allow yourself to be free of the constriction of stress. You don't need it. It is only a burden... See yourself under a bright light. Syna's light. Warm and giving, but not hot. Relaxing. Let that light shed you of stress, feel it melt away from you, cleanse you...”

The Kelvic ventured into her thoughts, trying to picture the sun above her form. It was hard to think of such things as Reven found herself fighting to produce something. It wasn't helping... She couldn't picture herself, only the feline that chased after her in her dreams. It sat, a silhouette against the radiant golden light of Syna, staring at her with bright, yellow eyes that seemed to haunt her. In those eyes, she was being accused of a crime, an act against herself that even Reven couldn't understand. What had she done to anger the animal? She didn't know and she didn't want to know.

With force, she shoved the image away.

“Breathe in... slowly.... Then breathe out...” Missinar voiced.

The Mists of Meditation [S'Essy]

Postby S'Essy on March 30th, 2014, 1:53 pm

She was slowly breathing as the akalak said. Everything around her became silent. It's like she was alone in the park. See the tension dissolve, the picture of the patient appeared. It didn't dissolve though. S'Essy's brain became active. She was wondering again and again, how could she be a healer. She loved helping people, she knew she could heal but everybody deserved it? She always asked that question to herself and always she answered herself with yes. She also felt bad at these times.

These thoughts were like betraying Rak'keli. But she didn't wish to, she just wanted to understand her more. Why did she wish to heal everyone and everything even those who didn't deserve it? What a silly question was that. Who was S'Essy to decide who deserve it or not. But in Mura they didn't teach her that, not even here, she had to realize it alone.

Then she heard the bird chirping. That brought her back. She was about to make those thoughts go away. She was took deep breaths and was slowly making them go away. One by one. She had to focus on the nature's sound. But her mind was still active. She loved this calm state, she loved it but this wasn't enough. She didn't came here for this.

The akalak's voice could be heard again. He was right, she was focusing her mind to trash out those thoughts again. Picture of the sun appeared. She was enjoying it's light and warmth. Also the open sea, where sun's reflection could be seen. She was focusing on it. Finally, this was it. She could stick with that picture and stay like that for the first time.
Unless I promised one, I can not accept any more threads at the moment! I'm sorry.

The Mists of Meditation [S'Essy]

Missinar's voice was enchanting, soft, light. Unlike her bondmate's voice, the instructors tones were airy, almost as if his very language was that of the wind. His words wrapped around the Kelvic and brought her deeper into herself, into a darkness that was slowly rising from the abyss. There it was, the depression she had been feeling ever since her conversation with Mutaldi. Reven missed her caretaker, almost as much as she missed Van in that very moment. Suddenly, in her mind, it was as if the light of hope, acceptance, and forgiveness was battling against the black chaos of disgrace and fear. These were the things that weighed on her heart over the past season.

Reven could feel her body completely relaxed into the grass below her, relinquishing her thoughts to the battle that raged on inside her. If someone was to look upon the woman now, it would appear as if she had fallen asleep but in reality, she had given herself up to the instructor's voice and allowed him to pull her into the very heart of her stress. Reven needed to rid herself of it somehow. Golden rays shot out, bleeding into darkness but refused to mix. Instead, it pushed the darkness back but the enemy only swirled away from the light, fighting back. Inside her mind, foggy, disconnected images flashed, giving to her glimpses of the feline, the cougar. It sauntered slowly to her, a shadow against the golden light within her except for its eyes. Feral, wild, a predator's stare that froze her to her spot. This was Reven. This animal was herself and the rage that it reflected back at her was the rage she wanted to release to the world but she denied herself. Instinct told her to deal with it head on but her human emotions denied such things. That's why there was such a darkness inside her, she had no way of getting it out.

Sorrow from the realization of her heritage toppled onto the fact that she had taken advantage of the man she loved without full explaining herself to him sat within her to fester, grow into something heavy and dark. Reven felt at times that maybe Vanator knew, to an extent, that he was trying to investigate it through the bond. It ran so deep, sometimes the cougar wonder if he knew all of her secrets, or at least that she had them.

The cougar sat before her now, yellow eyes fixed upon her with intention but what did it want? What did she want? Reven wanted to tell him, to not keep secrets from him or hide away from herself. Over the course of the season, she had grown to hate herself. For what she did, for what she was. The feline regretted nothing with her bondmate, only that she should have told him. Reven should have told him she was a slave's daughter. She was as worthless as society deemed her to be. That her blood was truly the lowest of lows. How could Reven make up for that?

“I'm sorry,” She voiced mentally, staring back at the faded image of the beast, “I don't know what else to do.”

'But you do,' It was her voice, talking back to her. 'Mistakes are made but we learn from them. Does blood stop us from being what we are? Does it matter?'

“Does it matter?” Reven questioned. “Does it matter...”

A tick past before she could answer, “It matters to me. We're different. You can run free and hide in the forest, you can let your instincts take you to where you want to go. You can forget about blood, or where you came from because you're an animal. It shouldn't matter to you. Why would blood matter in nature?”

The cougar purred, as if smiling at her.

'I am you and you are me. We are one in the same. We are the animal... We can let our instincts guide us and leave behind blood because it doesn't matter. Not to us. We're different.'

“I'm different. I have to prove them wrong. I'm better, I can be better.”

'Better for who? You? Why does it matter? Things will always be this way. You think becoming stronger would make someone look at you differently? Like an actual person? You think blood would save you from a life as a pet?' There was silence in her mind, the image of the cat nearly faded away. 'Well?'

“... I can always try.”

'We could always try, yes. But for other reasons...'

A flash of a dirty blonde mane falling over broad shoulders, gold-flecked brown eyes swirling with care, with fascination while a smile lit up his features, drawing out the soft lines of age. Yes, she could try to be better for other reasons, “Van.”

The distorted image of the cougar faded away, disappearing as the cat slipped to the back of her mind. Bonding with him had changed her in ways she couldn't understand and over the course of the season, she had fallen in love with the Drykas. He was everything to her. Vanator treated her with the same love, loyalty and admiration that she gave to him. Why should anything else matter at this point? Primal instinct said it shouldn't but humans thought differently. Status existed within their culture, but did that matter to Van? Reven never even gave him the opportunity to comment on such things as status. She had no idea how he would react to such a thing as her being a slave's daughter.

Would he understand?

The black and gold light still fought, battling for dominance but after several ticks, Reven realized that the image she was seeing was really the light from the setting sun sinking past the horizon. Sliding her eyes open, she turned her head to the side and realized that the other two individuals were still laying peacefully on the ground, in their own meditative states.

What had Reven just experienced? Did she confront herself just then? She had and surprisingly, the Kelvic found comfort from her mental conversation. The cougar was made with her, she was mad with herself. The equilibrium inside her was off kilter and so, drove her into a mental corner that only Van could pull her from. Reven didn't realize it until now. She was an animal. A beast by nature with intentions of being human. But she wasn't and would never be.

Vanator knew this all too well, maybe better than Reven. The bond had enhanced his instincts, bleeding into him more of Reven's feral personality and in return, his own complex nature absorbed into her. It was difficult to readjust to but the realization made it a little easier to cope with and that's all the Kelvic really wanted. Until the day came where she would face her bondmate with this news, Reven wanted to be able to cope with it.

Several chimes past, maybe a bell. The cougar waited for the two to finished and simply sat in silence, enjoying the cool air around them as the stars above finally painted into the night sky. Missinar was the first to rise from his spot, stretching out with a soft grunt. He turned to Reven and when their eyes met, gave her a gentle, knowing smile.

It surprised her that the Akalak did this. As if he knew the stress she felt. They waited for S'Essy and when she finally rose from her meditation, Missinar stood.

“Well, that was nice. Thank you both for the company. I think it's time I go.” He gave a small nod of his head, “If you ever need any help in the future, I work at the Fresh Start Resort. Don't be afraid to stop by.”

“Thank you, Missinar. I hope to see you again.” She meant it.

Then it was just the feline and the Konti. Turning to S'Essy, Reven smiled softly to her, feeling relaxed. She too should probably start heading back to the Sanctuary but for right now, she wanted to soak in the pleasant atmosphere.

“How was it for you?” Turning hazel eyes to the Konti, Reven tilted her head. “I had difficulties with it. I don't meditate often, heheh. Did that relax you at all?”

The Mists of Meditation [S'Essy]

Postby S'Essy on April 6th, 2014, 5:55 pm

She was still enjoying the sight of the sun, but she didn't feel its warmth anymore. She was still focusing on it but it didn't work, the weather was chillier, which disturbed her meditation a bit. But she was still at the sea and the sun was still there. And her mind was starting to think too much again. The sun didn't disappear but the sea did.

She was in Mura. Mura which she left for a reason. Everything and everyone were the same to her there. She didn't feel special there, she didn't feel she could do anything. And she wanted to do something special. Or at least be special to someone. S'Essy was trying to make Mura go away, and go back to the see. But she failed, she couldn't concentrate anymore. She openned her eyes.

She was still slowly breathing, trying to get back slowly to that world. They were back also. Her mind... she was thinking too much always. She had to stop that, she had to control her thoughts. She just had to be. Just follow her insiticts more. She nodded at the akalak too. "Thank you. Too bad you have to go so soon."

As he left, S'Essy rubbed her face a bit. It was like waking up from a dream. As Reven talked to her, she turned her head there. She almost forgot that she had another company. She smiled back at her. "Oh.. Well..." She started a little bit confused. "I'm still a beginner but I try to meditate sometimes. But this one. It was the strangest. Ahh.." She gave out a big breath and got herself up. "Eheheh. Sorry, I can't even speak Common properly now. So once again, nice to meet you Reven. What brought you here? "

Reven felt how S'Essy looked. She was relaxed but the urge to sleep tugged at her conscious mind, beckoning her to lay back down and envelop herself within her mind once more. What happened was odd but comforting. Reven understood that she had asked and given herself answers and knew on a deeper level, more primal than civil, that heritage didn't matter. Not when one was more attached to nature than society. In nature, the ranks were established through strength and aggression. If one fought for its territory and won, that was their territory and by the gods, did Reven get into battles with other predators over her territory.

Thanking back, it was how she met Van. If Reven caved to the ideals Mutaldi tried to manipulate her with, she wouldn't have ran into him that fateful day. If she'd been more civilized than beastly, Reven would still be alone, most likely. Appealing to her better nature, her true nature, was what ensured her survival both mentally and physically. The cougar ignored this for quite some time, it was no wonder her subconscious brought it to her during meditation. Reven was thankful, beginning to feel bits and pieces of her anger and sadness fall off of her heart.

The Kelvic was lost in her thoughts for several ticks, coming out only after S'Essy spoke to her. The woman was nice, a Konti and a strong willed being, from what she could sense. Offering a small smile, Reven listened to her as she spoke, trying to put together what she experienced. Chuckling softly, hazel eyes turned toward the pond, eyes the dark skies as the sun already sank past the horizon. Leth's moon greeted them, stars painted overhead while only a sliver of light showed itself from the moon. The beauty of the night time canvas reflected off of still waters. The area itself was becoming dark now upon Syna's fading light.

“No, I get it. I feel the same way, it was odd... But relaxing. I'm glad it was short though, any longer and I might have fallen asleep.” Reven meant it as a joke but she was being honest.

Watching the Konti woman stand, the cougar followed her up, rising to her feet quiet gracefully but she tried to distract her unusual movements with her hands, dusting them off and onto her clothes.

“Nice to meet you too... Uhh, S'Essy, is it?” Fixing her hair up into a tight bun with a thin, leather strap, Reven smiled. “Oh, I came to look at the flowers before going home. They drew my attention. I never see many of these out in the forest so it's nice to look at them when I can.”

“What brought you here tonight?” She asked lightly.

Her foot steps began to move out towards the entrance of the park, offering a walk with S'Essy through the streets since Reven didn't think it was safe to remain in the area any longer. Darkness housed trouble, if one wasn't careful. “Have you lived in Riverfall long? I enjoy travelers, most of them share the best stories, don't you think? Hahah, I can lose myself in a good story, it's somewhat embarrassing.”

Reven enjoyed S'Essy's company. Meditation helped a great deal with her stress and had taken her mind off of the dirty secret long enough for the Kelvic to enjoy conversation. Normally, it took Van being in the room, or hunting to ease her thoughts.

The Mists of Meditation [S'Essy]

She laughed at her experience of meditation. Indeed that form of meditation was certainly strange for S'Essy too and was thinking if she would have fallen asleep as well. It was a funny thought. But also it would have been awkward and disrespectful towards them. The woman did the same as her. No wonder, sitting like this for that long made her muscles fell asleep literally.

"Oh well.." She started as she was following the woman who was inviting her for a walk. She couldn't bear any more moment with sitting anyway. She could also see the beautiful park. "I just.. wanted to take walk around the park after my work. " She also thought they had a few things in common. Or at least it semmed that way for that moment. "Oh cmon, I love a good story myself too. And I arrived here not long ago. I lived in Mura before."

Then the sudden realization came to her mind. Reven. It was so familiar the name. She knew she heard it. She was thinking hard to remember she knew who she was. And she remembered, her meeting with Vanator. She was his bondmate. There was one way to make sure of it. She acted like she stepped wrong and bumped onto her. As their skin touched she felt her bond. Yes, she was sure now. "Oh.. sorry, I'm clumsy!"

Unless I promised one, I can not accept any more threads at the moment! I'm sorry.
