No, I don't believe so. He may come to be aware of the fact that there was a person present before he was, and he may even discover bits about his life before, but those will be through other people telling him things and not through his own memories. He lost his memory when he was captured by a Zith, and the isolation, the physical and psychological torment he went through caused his mind to sort of "reset" when he escaped in an attempt to deal with it.

As for the truth, well...is it true that you hate all of your family members? If not, is there anyone that you grew up around that you didn't hate?
