The woman seemed very open to their little plan and Rosela grinned, already working out a delivery schedule. If she could get the items late in the season prior, she'd be able to plan them right into the next season's line, and then maybe a mid-season delivery to replenish her supply when she was working on her inventory. It was too early to get ahead of herself however, and she blinked in surprise as she realized she was only now finding out the young woman's name.
"Oh, how rude of me. I'm Rosela, the Clothier. I meet a lot of people in the city, just through the business you know, but I'm surprised we haven't met. You should stop in sometime just for you; next season you'll be able to see our work together." She smiled in quiet conspiracy, pulling out her miza purse. Shop expenses were taken from the shop till, so she had her own mizas in a separate pocket from those she'd taken for the purchase today. Given how well the transaction had gone, she felt like treating herself to a nice lunch on the way back.
"Two gold...and five silver. Here we go." Counting them out of her purse, she handed them over the counter with a smile. "If you could just throw those pieces in a box? I'm not going far so they don't need to be wrapped or anything. My shop's just up the way, by the Crystal Rose? It's got a red diamond on the sign. With winter coming, you may even want to pick up a few things? Fur wraps are going to be very in this year." The sales pitch was made half-jokingly, an automatic inclusion in the conversation that she couldn't help but make.
It felt odd to be making a connection from her shop to another person individually. She normally worked with the proprietors of other businesses, making them a translation between 'Red Diamond Fashions' and 'So and So'. Perhaps Kirsi could be persuaded to open her own business? In any case, it was a conversation best had outside of her current place of employment.
Despite missing her usual dose of Arumenic with someone from her homeland, her trip that day seemed to have gone much better, far more interesting than a simple pickup of supplies for the shop. She would finally be able to get something other than the terra cotta Garob offered, and was making a new business relationship in the process. All in all, a successful trip out thus far.
