While I commend you on coming up with the basic idea for a business, you will need to provide quite a bit more information before getting anywhere close to an approval.

An animal handler has a base income of 5 gm, not 16-26 gm.

Also, you need an actual detailed list of assets including costs paid as well as how you are getting the funds to operate this business.

You need the actual skill of Animal Husbandry to even qualify for POSSIBLE approval for this type of business. Please look at and follow the format of the Sample Business Sheets when developing your business plan.
