A good start but there are a few things I would suggest looking at and maybe modifying a bit. First, from what I recall of Kenash, you only have around 2 years to pay back your debt. Based on your current business plan, your 6 gm/day income only brings a hair over 4,500 gm over the course of two years. Also, you need to figure in the cost of supporting your slave's living expense which would likely reduce the 6 gm/day as would the cost of your own living expenses. You may want to consider going with a Simple Office as it will bring the debt down to a level that the business can support.

Downsized the office to simple, it brought down the cost by a lot, hopefully I will be able to support my living and the slave and pay off the debt.
