"Winona, The Deaf Spirit" Winona blinked a couple times. Atree? That was her name? Of course, she had only read that wrong, the 'a' missed as Atria stood up quickly after she replied. However, that was going to be the name Winona would most definitely remember. Atree. That matched her face too. Atree looked like a nature person with her exotic blonde hair and spiraling spring green horns. Winona really did like her name. Snapping back to reality, Atria began to speak in translation. "What colors do you want for the fabrics?" Before Winona could respond, the twins came back with jubilant faces and fabrics piled high in their hands. They set this down on the desk and stood on each side of Shilo Hai, making her look like a tribal leader. Winona couldn't help but gasp in astonishment. They were all beautiful and she was tempted to just take them all and stuff them under Lorettana's bed. However, she had to restrain herself. She only had a few kinas in her pocket. Her brows furrowed as she scanned the fabrics, carefully to single out the best one. "That. That. That." Winona pointed at three of them. Shilo merely glanced at the assistants, causing them to scramble and pick out the fabrics that Winona was interested in, handing them to the shop keeper. Shilo held up a hand for the assistants to return the other fabrics that Winona did not pick and the twins quickly cleared the desk. They hurried into the back room once more, struggling as to not drop the beautiful material in their haste. The first one was rough but the design reminded her of her tribe back home with stripes going zig-zag across the fabric. The second one was soft and velvety with a single dusty rose color. Looking at it made Winona blush. It was a cutesy little love color. The third one was all sorts of colors jumbled into one. Almost like a rainbow that was painted on Lorettana's dusty old scrolls. She never seen a rainbow before, and this was probably the only thing that would come close to it. Winona took this moment to feel each one, glancing a peek at Atria a few times as she did. What would Lorettana tell Winona to do at this moment... Right! Ask for the prices... But she wanted Atria's opinion first. She wanted to pick the one Atria thought was prettiest. At the moment, Winona had lots of money... It just wasn't all with her at the moment. Most of it was at home. She hasn't spent a single miza and she planned to buy something anyway. She might as well pick the best quality. Instead of asking for the prices, she turned her head to Atria with a raised eyebrow. "Which one you like, Atree?" She asked with the upmost confidence that Atria pick the best one. OOCIt's okay, I'm pretty slow too sometimes. I think you responded quicker than most people do on here though, hehe. |
