34th Day of Summer, 514
Wes was walking through the area that was called Sun island, one of the smaller
within Kenash as he had come to realize. Most of his time here had been about nothing other than walking around and generally being useless; but it wasn’t like he did it for the sake of walking around, it was just a good idea to know where everything was. He could hear a pair of loud voices crop up then and again, but since it was a good distance away he didn’t come to care so much.
Being curious was good and well, but if that required putting in too much effort to just come to see a scrabble or a pair of people talking loudly it’d be more than just a waste of energy. He sighed and sped up a little, as he continued to walk the pair of voices he could hear were getting louder and louder, until Wes could clearly make out what they were saying. He looked up and saw a pair of burly men shouting at each other, ready to tear one another’s throats out at any minute. ”There is no way in hell! That I’ll sell this building to you!” The man to the left spoke, he was a little taller than the other man and had light brown hair along with blue eyes. Wes raised an eyebrow, so this was about property, this peaked his interest. Instead of continuing with his walk, he stood still.
This was noticed by the other man, who calmed down a little upon noticing a scene was being made. He was about 6’2’’ tall, had blonde hair along with brown eyes; he took in a deep breath before speaking. ”Too bad. I’ll buy this building with or without your permission, please do watch who you’re talking to.” Wes raised his eyebrow, this could get a little messy, should he step in? Well the choice was taken away from him as the blonde man looked his way. ”Hello, could you please tell this imbecile what it means to talk to someone from one of the dynasties the way he has?” The blonde man had calmed down rather rapidly in Wes’ opinion, but he had nothing to lose, and information to gain.
Still he sighed, ”I- He found himself quickly being interrupted. ”Why who are you callin-” Wes’ eyes widened for a minute as he saw the man swing back his fist, he reacted as fast as he could running to the man and wrapped his arms around the man aiming to trap his hands and to hold him back. Still the man was struggling. ”Calm down. Think about what you’re doing.” Wes’ voice was strained by effort.
He knew how to deal with the situation in front of him, he took in a deep breath as he released an emotional response of calming, comfort and regret. He felt a bit of a strain from his eyes as he went through that barrage. Along with a piercing thought; it was something that he only recently learned. ”I’ll get into deep trouble if I harm that man.” Wes hoped this worked, the man’s struggling did seem to stop, but that was only half the problem has he had a steaming dynasty member behind him. Now who could save him from this situation.
