PM to join A Simple Game of Cat and Mouse (Alyra)

The 21st of Summer, 514 A.V. It was amazing how time flew by on a hot summer day, and this day was the same in that respect. Natsu had been at his job in the Almond Blossom for most of the morning and afternoon, and now he was left to his thoughts as the evening dawned. Lapis Park was where the Pycon found himself, his wings flapping gently as he lay down on the warm stone wall which bordered the pathway. It was amazing to the clay mouse-like figure how many pets dwelled within the city of Riverfall, be they horses, dogs, birds, or even... cats. Natsu shuddered slightly at the thought, closing his wings tight to his body and removing the small wooden hat from his head before placing it carefully into the bag which rested by his side. Transformation for Pycons came with no added abilities; a dragon form did not breathe fire, a mouse form had no enhanced hearing, a bird form could not fly. Yet in some strange sense, bits of the animal were slowly engraved into one's mind, such as a mouse's pathological fear of cats. He was thankful though, that he had never come face to face with one, only observed from afar, and he intended for all purposes to keep it as such. A gust of wind rattled through the air, a cooling breeze in the hot sun from which Natsu took shelter by shifting into the shadows of a small tree. He found an opening at the base of the plant, impossible to see for anyone or anything bigger than himself and he deposited the bag inside, leaving himself free of the weight, and regrettably defenseless. Brushing aside the though, the clay figure scurried along the length of the wall in search of an adventure... or at least something fun to do.
