This place feels dead, no pun intended.

This place IS dead, though I'm hoping to change that soon. I forgot that Cascade's reposting erased my old announcement, so I'll just make a brief reiteration for those of you who pay attention here. I've got a project under works that will hopefully promote some activity and maybe givw ghosts a little more attention. It will be a while yet, but I'm slowly working on it.

Looking forward to seeing it, but just a fair warning a lot of this place will be reinvented for the new project. Locations may be modified (though hopefully their essence unaltered), and a new system of both living and visiting will be implemented once I manage to complete the work. Sorry for the trouble, but I have big plans for this place and will be happy to give you support once the project is finished.

Hopefully it will get it, but unfortunately Suvan shenanigans are keeping me busy and the BR project has been put on hold. Sorry for the inconvenience, but my own domain cries out for attention. All two players that post there.

Are there any available jobs in the city or should we just pick a place where our skills fit and pursue jobs in that?

Black Rock is a city that has a much more limited scope of jobs than most cities. For instanct due to the Omens there is no need for regular guards, and because of the sparse vegetation and rocky slopes, there isn't really any farming. The biggest industries are crafts and fishing, with spiritism always being in high demand. That being said I am sure we can find a job that suits your PC, and a lot will become more apparent once Black Recieves its major overhaul and re-vamping in just a few days time. I will also be posting a new OOC forum soon, which I will link here. Many changes are upon us, and I am excited to get this city back on the map!
