The Bronze Watchtower

I've been thinkign about having Shane visit the Bronze Watchtower but I really don't know much about the Watchtower. Is there a thread for it in some Linkmap that I am missing? If not can anybody help me out in answering a few questions about it?

1) Is it an active watchtower? I mean does the light change with the seasons and is the portal still there even if it cannot be traversed without certain death?
2) Is there a guardian of the Watchtower/does anybody/anything live there?
3)Is the door into the watchtower even open or is it locked for any reason?
4) Is it a mod-only place?
5) Umm, any other details you might know would be swell.

As of right now the Bronze Watchtower does not have its own location thread, but a small amount of information can be found in the Bronze Wood page. I'll be sure to put up its own location soon.

The tower is active, the light changes every season.

Unfortunately all the other details are not developed yet so I can't say!
