In my AP Lang class the other day, we did these things called "6 word memoirs." These memoirs come from a story about Hemingway. As the story goes, Hemingway was challenged to a bet in a bar. The bet was this: Hemingway would, if he was as good of a writer as he boasted, create an amazing story in no more than six words. And he did. His story was this: "For sale, baby shoes, never worn."
Which is amazing. What happened to the baby? Why were the shoes never worn? Gah, so much genius in one sentence...
ANYWAY. The six word memoir is simple: can you write your life story in exactly six words?
My favorites from class:
I came up with a couple as well:
What are yours, Mizahar?

My favorites from class:
- Halle Berry is my favorite berry.
- Pizza is food, so is computer.
- There's water at the finish line.
- Wouldn't've been worth it if caught.
- Sometimes, sh*t happens. Just keep swimming.
I came up with a couple as well:
- Funny, my soul doesn't feel old...
- Sometimes, my dogs judge me harshly.
- Clumsily running through fashion and books.
- Smile. Snicker. Crash. Laugh. Rinse. Repeat.
What are yours, Mizahar?
