This forum is an OOC forum for PCS and Organizations to work out plans in hardcopy. Each PC or Organization gets a single thread where their players can help work out plans for their PC. Quests, mini-sagas, and Trips can all be organized here as well working out timelines and points of travel and things PCs need to do along the way. Each PC however gets only one Plotnote for their individual PC. Groups get one as well. There is no limit on individuals posting saga or trip plotnote threads. Please denote [PC Plotnotes] or [Group Plotnotes] or [Quest/Trip/Saga Plotnotes] when titling your threads.
How did the city where your character grew up influence their present-day personality or habits? (For example, does your PC fear magic because they were raised in Sunberth? Does your PC carry a deep respect for nature because they grew up in Mura?)
How is the city where your character currently resides influencing their personality or habits?
Bonus: Write a thread where your PC's place of birth strongly impacts their opinions or actions.
Answer: This question is funny because Summer lived in Sunberth where they fear magic and now lives in Alvadas. For Summer it is simple, she can't fear what she doesn't know (and she tries not to fear anything as a half-Zith). Magic, while feared, never appeared before her...thus she cannot fear. That being said, Summer has picked up the mentality of the lawless. She dislikes rules, orders, etc. She is stingy & untrusting. On the flip side, she disliked aspects of Sunberth and it has made her better for it. She is loyal, gentle in a way and perhaps not as naive as some could be. In the area of habits, she is evasive when talking, hides things in fits of paranoia and for intimidation or rebelliousness likes to maintain eye contact. A personal sign of her (supposed) lack of fear for the dangers of Sunberth.
Summer hasn't been in Alvadas long enough to change her (cause I have role-played it out yet) but Alvadas, with its chaotic style, is comparable to Sunberths anarchy. In the long run, Alvadas is more accepting of strange things (which Summer is, even if all the hlaf-ziths hang out in Alvadas) which could help soften her. Perhaps it will change some of her more unwanted personality traita and habits. At the very least, give her some self-confidence.
