Location Tskanna Training Yard

Located in the heart of Taloba is the massive constructed yard built and designed to house and train the massive Tskanna that help build and improve the city. A circular complex the Tskanna are generally allowed to roam freely for they are obedient and pliable enough that they will return to their assigned stalls in the evening. That means anyone entering the facility for whatever reason, is generally greeted by more than one inquisitive adolescent and probed with trunks until satisfied. Trainers like the Tskanna to be as social as possible, getting them used to large groups of people so that they are not bothered when working in the city. The Tskanna Yard is always bustling. The vegetation needs of such massive beasts are constant, and thus there are designated foraging times in contrast to working periods, and workers are constantly dashing in and out of the yard with, without, and sometimes even riding upon the Tskanna as they go. There is feces to clean, water troughs to refill, and young calves to attend to, and working in the Yard is never a dull moment. During the Spring Djed Storm of 512 almost the entire population of Tskanna in the yard began a vicious stampede that ripped apart the wood and rock supports. Nearly a year later the structure was fully repaired and reinforced by the very creatures that destroyed it, just in case another occurrence like the storm was ever to happen again.   Employment The Training Yard is always in need of laborers, and also always seeking patient individuals to work with the Tskanna. The Training Yard for Tskanna generally acts as a pre-cursor to a job at the Myrian Tiger Yard if one is proficient and skilled enough with the animals, while those who have been their most of their lives are looked down upon for not having enough skill to work with Myrian Tigers, the fact that they are two very different kind of beasts notwithstanding. Destruction: 10th of Fall

Some of the fires had been put out while others were springing forward. The winds had not been helpful with the threat, and hope, of rains soon to come. Embers had floated down onto the feed bales of the Tskanna Yards, catching fire easily. Although it was quick to be put out by Myrians, the giant Tskanna were spooked into causing other damage around the yard. Several managed to tear through a fence and are now loose in the streets of Taloba. Panic is sometimes worse than fire.

OOCThis location has been damaged. Two or three Tskanna may have gotten loose in the city and will need to be brought back to the yards where they belong.
