Making threads

So, I've recently joined and I've noticed a large lack of open threads. (At least where I am) Because of this, I was wondering if I could make an open thread. Lets say I could, what do I need to do to set it up?

Oh, and is swearing in character allowed?

You can make an open thread at any location you want, as long as it fits the lore and such. If you need to find a location, where you are should have a linkmap.

Swearing, I'm not positive about this one. You could probably swear in moderation, but there are IC swear words intended for Mizahar. You can find them in the lore somwhere.

As Athaere said, you can make an open thread once you get your character sheet posted. I would recommend glancing through a few open threads in the area you're interested in starting in to get a feel of how things go around here, and be sure to read any descriptions of where it is you're posting at so you're accurately referring to the place in your writing.
