Hope is the only thing stronger than fear. The Exterior
Thomas has a very slim figure and is not one for athletics. He'd rather stay in or connect with nature and practice magic. He doesn't want to join in on what regular males do. Like chase girls, partake in athletic events, etc. He was different. He liked to explore the world outside his own and study the true nature of spells and magic.
The Interior
On the inside, Thomas struggles with many demons. He faces depression and axiety daily. He doesn't dare tell his family because they already bear the burden of his homosexuality. They don't find his sexuality a huge issue, but they find it hard to come to terms with. Being the youngest out of 4 siblings, it's hard to get attention when he needs it, so he always feels like the odd one out.
All of his life his family had highly neglected him. Not physically, but verbally. They didn't give the attention he needed to maintain a healthy childhood. Although he loves making friends and meeting new people, he absolutely despises being in areas that are largely crowded. He finds it easy to make friends, but finds it easier to lose them.
MeritsOutgoing- loves to explore nature.
Socialble- makes friends very easily.
Sympathetic- feels other peoples pain and can easily sympathize.
FlawsLoner- tends to be the withdrawn type when it comes to crowded places.
Sensitive- can't take jokes lightly or rude comments toward himself.
Quiet- doesn't speak up when needed and doesn't like to put his problems on others.
AspirationsStudy of Magic- Thomas wants to study magic in depth and become a wise magician within the elements of nature.
Views
Life Thomas views life as any other subject, although it's hard to understand. He doesn't understand why he lives or breathes or tries, but continues to do it. He doesn't know the point of continuing to live when all you end up in the end is dead. He's not afraid to live life to the fullest, he's just afraid of not finding his purpose.
Death He is very afraid of death, but doesn't drone on the fear. He sees it as a part of life. Nothing more and nothing less.
Family He sees family as an important part in a persons life, however his family was very neglecting during his childhood so he finds a hard time connecting with them.
Religion He believes in many gods and godesses, but doesn't deem it too important. He relies on them for wisdom and strength when he needs it the most.
Magic His one true love (so to speak). He studies magic constantly, day-to-day. He wants to learn all it has to offer and he wants to be able to conjur successful spells and successfully learn elemental magic (earth, fire, water, etc.).
Law His only view on this would be to follow them and not get caught up in the bad parts of the law.
Orientation Homosexual. That's all there is to it. He wants a partner for sure, but finding one has not been easy for him since he does not know which men share the same sexuality as he does.
