“Raus.” Raus looked up from the vegetables he was chopping into pieces and towards old man sanders. Giving him a questioning look.

“What's the problem Old man? I'm doing my work aren't I?” Raus held up a piece of chopped up cabbage to prove his point.

“I can see that. I need you to sort out a bit of a problem in the front of the shop. A customer is getting a little bit too drunk and I want you to show her the door. With force if you have to. ” Raus' boss motioned for him to follow.

“It isn't even dark yet. That troublemaker really is doing her best to piss us off then.” Raus said ass he put down his cooking tools without a single comment and followed his the old man to the main part of the tavern. Most of the tables were filled with people drinking beer and eating. A low murmer of conversations filled the air of the tavern. Raus wasn't really paying too much attention to them, trying to find the person he had to boot outside of the tavern. But even then he managed to pick up some of the words.

“Shameless... completely plastered already.... shou'ld leave waiter alone... thirsty.”

It didn't take him long for him to pick out the disturbance. Tenny, one of the two waiters of was uncomfortably trapped between the wall and a woman who was getting way to touchy feeling with Tenny. The way he was looking pleadingly at him. Almost begging him to get the woman of him, was a good way to figure that one out.

“Lady, get your hands of our waiter. He needs to do his job” Raus loudly said as he walked towards them. Easily cutting through the murmurs in the tavern. Raus didn't bother with being diplomatic, or even civil. He wanted to go back to his kitchen as soon as he could.

Tenny looked towards the cieling of the tavern with an expharated expression. There were a few sniggers from other people in the crowd and the drunken woman looked at him before giving him a drunken grin.

“Is that your younger brother?” The woman giggled. “It's obvious where the good looks went though.” Raus cracked his knuckles and scowled. He didn't look like a petching child. He was just a little bit short. Usually he would give people three chances to comply before he started handing out a beating. In this case though, the woman could use the lesson anyways.

“let go of him and then get out.” He bluntly stated as he took in his surroundings. A table to their left, if he could get her to trip in that direction she would slam into it. Would hurt, she was only losely holding on to Tenny with one hand. The other one was currently groping his arse like it was a sack of miza's. Tenny probably didn't have the spine to pull himself lose. Wouldn't be that hard to get them seperated, specially since she was drunk. Give it a few hits in the stomach and she might losen his grip enough for him to pull her off. She was wearing a dress, that would probably hinder the entire kicking part of fighting. She did however have a dagger on her belt. He would have to get that off her as soon

“aww. But he'...” The woman started. But raus didn't have to wait for the rest of the sentence to know that she wasn't going to comply. He grinned took a step closer and rammed a fist in the woman's side. She let out a gasp of pain and slightly doubled over. He grabbed her by the belt with his left hand, keeping the dagger in it’s sheath. and grabbed the hand with which she was holding on to Tenny, and gave it a very hard pull. Tenny finally found his spine and struggled as well. Managing to get himself free of the drunken woman’s grip. Raus didn’t know for how long te woman would be to surprised to act against him. He needed to end this quickly. With a grunt of exertion he pushed the woman in the direction of an empty chair. She stumbled in the direction, she wasn’t pushed hard enough for her to fall over the chair and to the ground. So he gave her another hard shove with his shoulder. The woman hit the chair, lost her balance and fell over the chair, hitting the ground with a dull thud. A few of the other patrons laughed and cheered.

He walked over to the fallen woman and put his boot on one of her hands, putting some weight on it.
“Right, are you going to leave now? Or do I make sure you aren’t going to use this hand for a few day’s ey?” He said with a wide grin. There was a small part in the back of his mind that wanted her to say no. That hoped that she would be defiant and that he could teach her a rude lesson as for why you didn’t call him a child.

“I’ll leave, I’ll leave.” The woman coughed out. Raus lifted his foot of the woman’s hand and got out of stricking range. The woman crawled back on her feet and hobbled as fast as she could out of the tavern.

“That was easy. Why the petch did I have to come here and do that. You aren’t that whimpy Tenny.” Raus groused as he put the chair he knocked over back upright. “She was drunk. You could have pushed her away.” He said with a glare at the taller waiter.

Tenny didn’t look at him and simpely continued on with his work. Hurrying away from raus as as fast as he could without seeming rude.

Raus let out a sigh, straightened his apron and went back to the kitchen. He still had a job to do.

A guy really can't cook in peace can he!

He wasn't able to do his job in peace for very long. He had cut the vegetables and dumped them in a small container of cleanish water to keep them fresh. He barely had the time to get a sack of potato's out of storage for the mashed potato's he was going to serve before the old man once again walked into the kitchen.

“Raus, a guy is asking for ya.”

Raus grunted. “Tell him to petch off for now and to get me after I'm done working.”

“Told him that already. He's still yelling. Something 'bout you punching his sister in the face.” The old man deadpanned. Raus groaned in annoyance as everything clicked in place.of course that drunk broad had to go and call in the bloody reinforcements.

“Ya sure ya can't get him to piss off?” He groaned as the old man shook his head. Raus dropped his tools and wiped his hands on his pants. “Better go and throw him out then.” He walked out of the kitchen and out from behind the bar.

“You! You little cretin! You dare!” He didn't even manage to get out from behind the bar before a tall man with blonde hair pointed at him and started yelling. “Beat up my sister will you?”

“Oh shut yer petching mouth. Shyke's only supposed to come out of yer arse.” Raus cut him off. Giving the man a lookover. Didn't see any weapons or daggers.Or anything else sharp on him. He smirked as he looked up to the man. Who was still just spouting shyke, being busy with being one big opening for him. An opening raus took full advantage from. Aiming at the shyker's gut. Hopefully he would bend a bit over and then he could get at the guy's head.

Turned out that the shyker wasn't blind. Didn't seem like he was a half bad brawler either. Since not only did he see his punch coming. But he slapped it out of the way. It glancing his stomach and punched at raus' face. He tried to duck out of the way, but he wasn't fast enough, his fist slammed against the side of his head and raus staggered back a few steps.

“I'm not going to be so easy to kick down as my sister!” The shyker roared in anger and the rest of the tavern started to laugh. Yelling bets at each other while a few quickly shoved their tables and chairs away from the duo. Giving them a bit of room. Raus scowled, that wasn't good, less clutter meant less shit he could throw at the shyker or use as a weapon. The shyker growled in anger and lunged at him. Raus quickly stepped to the sideand kicked at the man's feet. The guy stumbled but didn't fall. Raus didn't give him time to gain his balance. He tackled the man slamming, shoulder first into the guy's stomach. This time the shyker started to fall over, he lashed out, grabbing raus firmly by the shoulders and pulled him to the ground as well. Both of them were sprawled on the groun.

Raus grunted in pain as he hit the hard wooden floor. But he wasn't going to lose the upper hand in this bloody fight, not when it was his bloody job to keep thrash like him out of the bloody doors! He tried to get back up, only for the guy to pull him back to the ground and wrapped his arm around his troath. Raus barely managed to wedge his left arm in between his throat and the guy's arm to keep him from choking him .At least for now.

He rammed his elbow against the guy's ribs as he tried to pry the man's arms of him. Try to get out of his grip and get back on his feet. The man's grip was kept steady, even though he kept ramming his elbow in the man's ribs over and over. The grip around his throat got tighter and tighter. Running out of options and time. He decided to do the one thing aside from yelling at the old man for help, he would rather swallow his tongue then ask somebody for help to do his bloody job, he bit down on the man's arm as hard as he could. The man screamed in pain and he felt something warm and metallic tasting in his mouth. He grimaced in disgust, but when he felt the man's grip slack of just a bit he slammed his elbow in his ribs again, the grip around his throat slacked of more. He stopped biting the arm, pushed it away with his left arm and scrambled back on his feet.

“Little shit!” The man growled as he clutched his arm. Raus just scowled in response and spat the blood out of his mouth. Tasted like crap. He kicked at the still prone man, not really caring where he hit him. Just doing his best to avoid those kicking legs and flailing arms. Didn't want to get thrown back on the ground.

He should have taken a tad more care about where he had been kicking though, most of them were blocked by the guy and he managed to get back on his feet. So much for him holding the advantage.

“You still fighting?” Raus groused as his body ached. He had been through worse, so he just ignored the spots he just knew were going to bruise. At least the other guy was looking worse then him at the moment. “Just petch off already. You ain't wanted here.”

The shyker didn't answer and just glared at him. Slowly coming closer and closer to him. Keeping his eye on him. Well, if that shyker wasn't going to hurry up, then he was going to force him. He had more to do then to handle a shyker with a sister complex. He charged the man, ducking under his first strike and slammed his fist into the man's stomach. The man bent over slightly. Raus grinned. This was almost over, he could finish this right now. He pulled back his right fist and aimed a punch at the guy's fist. Temporarly leaving himself open.

Raus didn't really see what happened. One moment he was aiming a punch at the guy's face. A few moments later he felt something dripping from his cheek and the man was wielding a bloodstained dagger. To dumbfounded to react the man smashed his fist into raus' face and sent him sprawling. The rest of the tavern went silent. Raus saw the man tense, ready to jump at him. He barely managed to raise his arm in a flimsy attempt at a defense. Before a chair smashed into the side of the guy's face and knocked him to the floor. The dagger falling out of his hand. Raus didn't even try looking for the helper. Bu the had to swallow a feeling of shame. Great, it was his job to keep everybody save in this place and he managed to botch that up. He would still thank the guy, but later when the guy wasn't a bloody danger anymore. He scrambled to his feet as quick as possible while the shyker was still groaning in pain. He kicked the dagger away from him and stomped on one of the guy's hands. He screamed in pain. He finished it by crushing the guy's nuts underneath his boot. The scream of agony was quite satisfying.

“Anybody mind helping me drag this waste of flesh out of the door?” He asked and elsa quickly ran towards him. They both grabbed him and dragged him towards the door and shoved him outside. Not giving a damn if the petcher was stabbed to death.

“Right thanks elsa. I'll be going back to work.” He muttered and quickly made his way back towards the back aria, touching his wounded cheek. It didn't really feel deep. But he really wasn't sure if that was reality or just wishful thinking. He was a shyke doctor. Not able to do more then put bandages on people. He was pretty sure there were bandages in the back. He wasn't going to start cooking again when he was bleeding all over the place.

He kept his hand pressed to his cheek as he rummaged around the stock room. Taking care not to bleed on any of the food. Eventually he found a roll of decently clean bandages. He awkwardly propped up part of the clean fabric into a wad and pressed it hard against his cheek. He held one end of the other bandage he had against his cheek as well. Then he started to wind the bandage around his head. Unfortunately partially covering his mouth with his botched job of a bandage. Wrapping yourself up was hard then it looked damn it. After a few failed tries and some cursing he managed to get a half decent bandage going. It didn't fall of his face at least. He gave it one last tug to check if it was on decently and went back to work.

Raus is certainly a sympathetic character... Beating up drunk women, fighting brothers who are defending their sisters, lovely guy. He did come to the rescue of a waiter though so that was nice of him. He certainly doesn’t take any nonsense and I like that.
