Her agreement was quick and effortless. He was surprised he hadn't needed to bribe her again. She was equally as hasty to leave the alley as he was and began to stride down it away from him. She enticed him to follow with talk of Mizas. What did she want from him? It was unclear whether she meant she wanted to offer him Mizas for something or whether she was offering to do something for him for his Mizas.
She didn't keep in the dark for long however. As they exited onto the street she revealed her deal. Gold in exchange for blood? This amused Thannis. He'd never even considered the possibility that someone would be willing to sell him blood. To him her price sounded rather cheap. After all it was the cost of a life for only twenty gold coins. Then again it sounded like she meant only the already dying ones. She was really just profiting on those she couldn't save. It was a win/win deal for both of them. When Thannis was desperate he made the most mistakes. Minimising that risk by finding the Doctor instead of going out in a blood fuelled lust was certainly worth a try.
He was about to agree when she added her addendum. He hadn't hurt any children. Either because they hadn't come across him on the worst of days or because he still wouldn't let the monster within completely destroy his humanity he knew not. In any case he was in agreement. Perhaps he'd deserve a death at the hands of the mob if he ever broke this addendum.
“You've got a deal, Doctor.” Thannis replied finally. He stopped in the middle of the street and offered her his hand. “Tell me though, what is your name?” Whatever her answer was or whether or not she shook his hand he would smile and depart. "See you next time, Doctor!" He'd call over the back of his shoulder before turning away onto a different street.
