In times past, there existed a single establishment within Sunberth that accommodated every animal-related need a man could have. Owned by one of the founders of the Sun's Birth, this aptly-named Kennel was the sole source of horses, dogs, equipment, and other such wares within the city. However, in the wake of the founder's demise, his successor decided to make a change to the business model. A portion of the Kennel's functions were partitioned away in order to start a new establishment in the western corner of the city.
Dubbed Jolly Good Stables, in honor of the Kennel's former owner Killroy Jolingood, this entity became the new source of all things related to horses. Here, customers may purchase a steed from a variety of breeds (although it is wise not to question how the Stables acquired said horses) in addition to equipment. Patrons may also stable their mounts here for seasons at a time and be assured that they will be well cared for during their stay. In addition, Jolly Good Stables offers lessons in Riding and Horsemanship to whomever has the coin to indulge in such activities.
Located in the midst of the Night Eye's territory, Jolly Good Stables pays for the privilege and security that the organization provides. In light of this relationship, individuals affiliated with the organization are some of the most frequent customers; and enjoy a slight discount on goods and services. Of course, Jolly Good stables are open to all sorts of customers, provided that they are willing to pay.

Her months of service ultimately saw the development of a deep friendship with Killroy's business partner, Hannah. Upon Killroy's untimely demise, Hannah then saw fit to surprise Tieria with her plans to create an establishment solely devoted to the care and sale of horses in the western part of the city. Tieria eagerly accepted the new role and has been diligently fulfilling it ever since. As Stablemistress for Jolly Good Stables, Tieria now offers one on one lessons in a variety of mount-centric topics, personally sees to the care of the horses stabled at the establishment, and is the key face seen facilitating all sales. She is a kind soul who finds happiness in the care of horses and has finally made a new home for herself through the stables.
