Denen is the first deaf PC. Stitch got one for being blind, thus Denen should be awarded one for being deaf.

Ykala was the first to start a business in Avanthal (at least I am 99.9% sure she was). Not sure if that counts but I'll put it out there

Also, I think Akuaysun was the first Ethaefal. I could be wrong though.
