Holland Rolandus finds himself to be quite comfortable. He is currently attempting to condition his body for fighting. After having realized that physical condition can determine fights.
Much unlike a typical day of exercise and training for Holland; This one would be fervent and unforgiving. Holland refused to do any less then the best that he could, and he would go out of his way to ensure it. Even if it meant that he would be so sore that he would be incapable of moving for several days at a time. Then he would do so willingly simply to build his endurance, and body. The most important aspect of combat is conditioning, and fighting isn't simply won in an arena. Truly; Fights are determined before even entering a combat situation. Holland came to learn that the hard way in several of his battles.
Now the time has come for him to actually begin progressing. His ultimate goal today was to walk away feeling accomplished. Holland wanted to be stronger; Faster and more agile. Holland wanted to simply better himself as a combatant. Therefore he began first by attempting to stretch his muscles. In order to loosen himself up a bit. He'd found that in the past few days after exercising; He'd had to endure soreness. Holland begins first by standing fully erect without a hint of leniency in his spine. Leaning forward and bending as far as he could; Whilst outstretching his arms. Attempting to touch his toes, and stretching as far down as he was capable of doing so.
Touching his toes, and attempting to coil his fingertips about the tips of his boots for a moment. In an attempt to make the stretch more intense, and to somewhat try increasing his flexibility. Although it did cause him a great deal of pain; When he stood erect again he'd felt quite a bit relieved. Now he would begin to turn about slowly. Before he steps forward with his right foot first, and begins to jog. Although the jog; for now would be short lived and he wouldn't cover too much of a distance before stopping. In the end he felt that it would be worth the effort though. Therefore he would simply have to endure the ache of his muscles afterward.
Holland begins to jog about through The Woods at a brisk pace. Although he began to pay attention to a few key details. One thing he noticed was that as he ran; His heart rate increased. The second thing was that as he ran; His pace of breathing became more rapid. Therefore he would probably have to learn how to control such things in due time.
