She watched as Kol tackled his prey. No hope for the Agouti to escape now, its dark eyes rolling to the whites in terror. Tinnok hurried over to her Agouti, pressing a finger to its neck unnecessarily as it was clearly not breathing. She drew a Triskelion in the soil at the base of the Agouti's feet whispering a small prayer.
"I thank Dira for guiding this creature swiftly into the next life, and Caiyha as the mother of all creatures for allowing me to hunt in her beautiful lands. I will never take more than I need, nor squander the gifts you give."
She brushed away the Triskelion and worked on dislodging her arrow from the agouti, turning to see Kol had addressed her. She inclined her head at the compliment. "A clean break on that one."
She rose glancing around the thrumming greenery, removing a bit of twine from her bag to tie around the back legs of the agouti, offering to do the same with Kol's so the two creatures could be slung over a shoulder. "We could continue, maybe find something else, or would you rather return home.?" She shrugged in way of her own opinion on the matter, and slung her bow over her shoulder. She never liked to return to the clan longhouses, nothing was there that she enjoyed or cherished save Rarik, the jungle was a more fitting place for her to stay, but they might simply walk for bells without finding anything else to hunt, and look more the fools for being gone so long and only reutrning with two Agouti.
She would leave it up to her new...acquaintence to decide, still trying to figure out what Kol was about.
