Ghost NPCs

Hi Mizahar,

I've recently been granted a ghost NPC, but I'm not sure whether these specific NPCs require seasonal living expenses or not.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'd appreciate any input or advice

Hey Shakune! Ghosts in general don't pay living expenses because they're not alive, so the NPCs don't either!
