"What I am on the outside." Appearance Race: Konti Gender: Female Age: 43 Birthday: 42, Summer, 473. Birthplace: Mura Appearance: Nyria, like all of her Konti sistren, is a delicate beauty, pale of skin and light of hair, her eyes a pale grey, giving them a piercing coldness. Her figure is slender, with ample curves and delicate flesh, and particularly short, standing only at 5'3". Her light hair is a shade of such pale blonde it can shine white, with the intensity of the sun, or silver, with the glow of the moon. It is left to hang loose in a wavy flow, with both sides plaited and then brought together at the back into a ponytail which flows with the rest of the hair. Akin to her sistren, Nyria has the tell tale signs of a Konti, with webbed fingers and toes, gills which line her neck and skin decorated with pearlescent scales, which glimmers red, blue and silver depending on the way the light strikes it.

"And underneath that." Character Concept Nyria, much like her sistren, is a quiet and peaceful girl, but unlike the other Konti, she has stayed far away from the sai and martial arts, whilst it is taught as a defence she still sees it as a way to enact violence. She is as kind to strangers as she is to friends and family, which is often a mistake in this world, especially for someone who would be seen as a valuable slave to any, which is part of the reason her mother sent her to Riverfall, Lydin was under the impression she'd be safe if Akalak were around. Her naivety towards strangers is often seen as a dangerous act, but she is far more aware of dangerous strangers than people give her credit. However, it isn't all smiles and pleasant words, if ever given a reason to hate or dislike a person, Nyria can be as ferocious with her words as a Myrian with his blade. Whilst it is not a common trait among the Konti, Nyria can be rather cold and hateful towards those who give her reason, but manages to hide it behind polite words and simple smiles, using the cruel words to turn others against them or simply have a 'bitch' with others. Whilst she is compassionate to most, she cannot be considered wholly good, but since she is only cruel to a small few, who she determines as deserving, she isn't aligned to being evil. She is what would be described as a lawful neutral, she has her own moral compass, what she sees as right others may see as wrong, and vice verse, and it is guided by her own beliefs not good or evil. Nydia enjoys filling her free time with song, often singing sweet tunes to herself in her cottage or composing a melody, or doing charitable work, feeding the poor or aiding in the healing of the sick and wounded, whilst she has no medical skill, she comforts the patient, by reading to them, feeding them and often bathing them, the medical professionals don't have enough time to do it themselves. She despises ill treatment of the poor and elderly, especially as she was raised within a community who holds its elders in high regard, and while she will not say anything to the offender, she will however make sure the victim is okay and help them if they need it. She is also against the killing of animals for food, whilst she would not show disgust at someone for eating meats in front of her, she sees it as harming the peace of the world and sticks to fruit and vegetables mostly.

"How I got here, 'tis not that grand a story." Character History Nyria was born on the White Isles and her mother, Lydine, raised her and her two sisters, each of whom were sired from a different father, with the aid of their grandmother, Amata. Both Lydine and Amata were gifted with divination and, as such, so were the 3 sisters, the eldest of which, Samara, focused heavily on, whilst Nyria and Delia were more attuned to the arts, music and dance, respectively. For each, they were taught skills to nurture their individual paths, Samara was given extra tutoring in fortune telling, meditation and astrology, whilst Delia was taught acrobatics, dance and even dual wielding of the suvai. Whereas Nyria was taught how to write, both in her own handwriting and in elegant styles, and given singing lessons, she also picked up a tiny amount of skill in music composition from these lessons. As the girls matured, it was apparent that Nyria was naive and looked for the good in everyone, as most of the visitors to the isles, she welcomed with open arms, which worried her mother greatly as she was aware of the dangers for Konti girls and slavery, so she took it upon herself to take Nyria to Riverfell, home of the Akalak, where Lydine assumed slavers would not dare step and the mere presence of the Akalak would make Nyria safer. The journey was relatively shorter than it would have been for the other races, besides the waterborne or airborne, the pair swam from Mura to Nyka, where Lydine negotiated passage to Syliras for Nyria, Nyria had witnessed her mother make a great deal of negotiations before and as such had picked up a minute skill in it, and waited in Nyka until she got news of her daughter's arrival in Syliras, she entrusted her daughter to swim the Suvan sea and get to Riverfall on her own, but instead she remained in Syliras, and simply told her mother she was in Riverfall.

She is limited in that the power is rather self-centred, it is only if the party in concern wishes harm or peace towards her, she cannot detect when peace will come about for wars or if a party is particularly peaceful to a ruler, unless she sees the ruler as part of her (love) or she is seen as part of the ruler by the party(employment/advisory position).
