Concept: In the city of Lhavit, where there are many a expensive home, the elite of society may find need to seek more than mundane ways to protect the integrity of their homes and person. When thieves are not uncommon and a household may have an irreplaceable heirloom, a simple lock does not do the trick. That is where Bennar Witt comes in.
For a small fee, Bennar will create shields of lasting quality to protect against everything from rainwater to thieving hands. With him limited to one shield at a time, his customers must commission jobs anywhere from 1-3 weeks in advance. Bennar Witt will come to the home or business of the customer and craft the shield to the specific needs of the customer. It should be noted that Witt does not condone any criminal activity nor suffer the patronage of any criminals.

Approved with the following notations: A base income of 10 gm/day is approved for a world mage with a 5 gm/day competent skill bonus. A 1 gm/day sales bonus is also approved for ownership of the business for a final income of 16 gm/day. The reason for the lower sales bonus is due to there being only so many things that can be shielded before the demand begins to wane. In order to maintain such an income, at least a third of every day must be spent in the process of shielding/finding customers/negotiating terms, etc. An office will indeed be required for this to be considered a legitimate business.

Special Note: This approval is for the validity of the business plan. Final approval of the actual location and/or any current or future NPCs must be given either by the attending Storyteller or Help Desk respectively.
