Little bird was the last thing he could focus enough on to hear for a while. As he moved his fingers to stroke Noah's cheeks as an effort to bring him more comfort, his hand stopped dead in movement because something completely bizarre began to happen to him. He could barely see anything, for a moment, losing perception of his surroundings. Instead, he witnessed an image of a silhouette in the distance surrounded by a misty fog. He stepped forward and tried to wade through, but was unable, the distance growing as he stepped on and on. Each movement was a path devised closer to the end of the path yet ironically far away from his goal: the creature that was at the end of it. He began to feel hopeless for all but a moment, being consumed by this daydream of his, because in a way it aligned to the reality of the situation he'd been in for so long. Always, he had been chasing after someone for some reason. He chased after Rhaenon in terms of physical and magical ability - accomplishments. He chased after Aoren because he wanted to have a chance at something, and feel the comfort of being close to someone so uniquely profound. He chased for Gallagher because he longed for his friend, but he never managed to catch up to any of them. Eventually, indeed, there were three men standing far away down different roads and they outran him - this false spectral image in his mind.

Then, the fog before him was blown away by wind, and in its place there was a cute eagle making a sharp and high-pitched cry. Caesarion stepped forward and he couldn't help but smile at the sight. When he drew close enough to the eagle to touch it, it transformed into Noah's human state, and Caesarion found himself turning him around and holding his arms over his chest much like their current state. He felt a cord run through him, vibrant and shimmering but also one that he couldn't necessarily see or transcribe at all. What he knew from all of this was that while he chased endlessly after three impossible specters, all of it had been pointless. In front of his very eyes was the person he would be with forever. Now, as the fog dissipated, the three silhouettes faded into dust and all that remained was Caesarion and Noah tightly holding each other. Never letting go. Never being confused or lost or having to chase after one another. Always feeling loved.

As the cord completely wrapped around both of their hearts and drew them together, Caesarion's vision shifted to that of what was real and around him. He felt like barely a moment had passed. Noah seemed stunned too, and Caesarion had absolutely no idea why. What had just happened? Why was he feeling so absolutely warm? Why did he feel so strongly for Noah now, even a thousand times greater than the intense surge of emotions he'd been feeling as they went on? Why did he want to say that he loved him, because in his heart he knew that he really did? How could one even love someone they'd not even known for a full day . . . and yet have the most endless instinct to protect them and keep them safe. To always keep them by your side. To always kiss them and hold them and tell them it was alright. He had these instincts now, these feelings that required action. He didn't know where they came from but he knew they would never go away, and his entire body was being flooded by reactions to their newfound arrival. Interestingly enough, as much as he felt love, he felt empathy. He could feel Noah's pain now, and not proverbially, but actually feel it. He could feel it in a way that didn't truly hurt but only made him want to make it feel better. Everything that Noah was feeling, he felt that too, and so he knew that the explosion of emotions just now was not one-sided.

It was love. There was no word greater, truer or simpler. It was love that he couldn't wrap his head around - how quickly it had come, and how strong it had felt. In this moment he had felt stronger for Noah than any single person in his entire life. He completely lost thought to himself, his instincts now shifting entirely to the preservation, protection and benefit of his beloved male. And - now that he could feel everything Noah felt, he knew that the pain had mostly subsided. Not only that, but around his probe, he could feel the tension vanish and his beloved Kelvic began to eagerly accept him. Whether it was the patience of these minutes of silent bonding and introspection or the sudden flood of emotions washing away his fears, Caesarion was eager to act upon the change of heart. He could now feel the man's pain. If he hurt him, he would know, and then he'd know what not to do and how patient he must be. He could feel the man's pleasure, making sure he knew what felt good and what felt the best. He could feel his desire and his need, so he knew when to satiate him and when all he longed for was a tight embrace. He could now be everything for his beloved, the man that was always there and never faltering in his conviction to make him happy. To make him his, the fact ringing joyfully throughout his soul.

He felt his hand move through his hair, the Kelvic acknowledging that the pain had gone away - even if only for the moment - and wishing to consummate that which had just occurred, their desperate act of falling in love. He kissed his cheek and whispered an okay to him, his tone altogether different, loving and temperate. He pushed his lover back up, forcing him again into a sitting position where he would grab his waists and lift him above Caesarion slowly. He loosed himself from the Kelvic's body, needing to reposition himself now that he had an idea of where he'd needed to go for. With firm hands and a patience, he would hold on to the Kelvic's hips and steer him along perfectly as he pulled the man onto him and burst through the eye of his smooth and round lower body. He shuddered in pleasure, moving one of his hands down to grip himself and relax the process. He took a deep breath that he quickly panted out, trying desperately to calm his mind so that he wouldn't lose his control. He needed to be patient. He needed to show Noah warmth and love, rather than a wild and uncontrollable beast.

As Noah submerged onto him, the man whispered loudly enough for the Kelvic to hear. "Noah, I am smitten by you," he said. There was a big, goofy, happy smile on his face. "I don't know how," he stopped, having difficulty finishing sentences, "but even though we just met . . ." He stopped again, fearing what the Kelvic might say to his sadly weak and emotional words that were to follow. "I never want to leave your side."

With guided patience Noah was erected to his knees again atop his lover. Again Caesarion shifted inside the Kelvic and the man’s shudder sent one through Noah as well. Further on Noah was guided, gripped by new emotions shared between the pair. If love was what followed a bond, then Noah would embrace it without argument. He could feel it now, the moods and feelings that Caesarion gave off slowly coming to him in short waves. They trickled in and slowly elevated Noah’s own surrounding air.

Discomfort and ache were pushed from his nerves instead replaced by renewed appetite. Downward he slid onto his lover, piercing himself on Caesarion. “Noah, I am smitten by you,” the man said, voice heard from behind the Kelvic’s back. As he continued, his words were met with agreement that Noah didn’t voice. His last words, however, struck a chord with the Kelvic. “I never want to leave your side,” he had said.

Caesarion’s words lingered in the irradiant darkness that surrounded them and sent Noah twirling in emotions unexplained. Fear and comfort intermingled in confusion, refusing to be bought out by the other. It was a scary thought that Noah was now bound to one person for the rest of his life if the gods willed it. Yet, somehow, he didn’t want anyone other than Caesarion to be that person. He felt honored and proud that the world had allowed this moment to transpire and he didn’t want to waste it by losing himself in his thoughts when he could do the same in this lovers’ throe.

Again Noah braced himself on his partner’s legs, leaning forward slightly before he began to roll his lower body now. With each turn in the flow and lull of Noah’s hips Caesarion was allowed passage seated deep with the Kelvic. The tension filled gasps that Noah had once gave off were now replaced with smooth, unending, and ultimately relaxed sighs. In each rebound backwards Noah was aided by his lover’s hands, urging him with a tight patience. The movements were slow and drawn out, allowing the pressure to build and then fade and, at the same time, send immense pleasure from the rhythmic build and fall to ravel its way throughout Noah’s body. Pain was overshadowed by bliss and eventually the Kelvic stopped bracing himself against his lover’s legs all together. Now he sat upright and bid his hands to be free to explore his own body.

It was something he had never done before and the night seemed to hold a theme at breaking tacit vows that Noah had made to himself long ago. First his hands went to his thighs where he traced the insides of the sensitive skin with building ecstasy. With closed eyes he continued up, grazing Caesarion’s hands on his hips as they passed, on their way to claw lightly at his abdomen and then chest. He lingered on the mounds of sensitive skin that poked from his little pectorals before ascending to his neck. They then found their way up the nape of his neck and into his hair where they stayed, entwining themselves in the dark strands.

His back arched and propelled him forward before collapsing and forcing him back. He kept this motion in a slow tempo, hands tangled in his chocolate locks, and quiet gasps of enlightenment escaped from his being with each pivot in the flow. Feelings of amazement flooded his senses leaving him tingling with further desire. His lids shut out the moonlit tent and he was lost in another sea of black thoughtlessness fueled by the vigors of desire.

[The Kabrin Road] Some Other Time (Noah)

Noah said nothing in response to Caesarion's confession, and yet despite that, he already knew without verbal agreement that his answer was a positive one. Noah was worried, just as Caesarion was, for a future that was so bound between the two. Caesarion worried because he didn't understand it, and Noah worried because he did. Either way, the mage felt thoroughly relieved to be able to say that - in fact - he and this man were connected by some invisible string that he didn't imagine could be so easily broken. He wasn't sure if he had a spell cast on him, if this was all an illusion or the skilled trick of a superior hypnotist, but assuming that all of this was real he knew that what occurred was something else. He knew that he could feel what Noah felt, right now, the fear and confusion but also the joy and ecstasy. If Noah could feel Caesarion too, he'd feel a sort of perfect relaxation that he might never otherwise have known. After fighting and being alone for his entire life, the moment of now was surreal.

Especially when it came to pleasure. Now that Noah was no longer in pain - or at least not enough to detract from the experience - he felt two surges of pleasure flowing forth into him, one into his mind and one to the area that was being so well taken care of by his Kelvic lover. The pleasure in his mind was Noah's pleasure, soothing him and loosening him of worry, and the second pleasure was one he couldn't possibly have fathomed. It didn't feel like anything he expected it to - it felt better, more unique, quite distinctive. It was a feeling that was new to him yet it would become familiar soon enough, as he would quite possibly only ever experience this feeling with Noah. He would associate it with him, his perfectly sculpted figure, thin but voluptuous, and his commitment to making Caesarion feel good. And he felt good.

The clenching grasp he faced was almost paralyzing due to the pleasure attached. Caesarion could barely move his hips, instead mindlessly guiding Noah in rotations by the hands steering his waist. He took his time and made sure to keep Noah relaxed and comfortable while he eased the tension in his nerves. He watched Noah caress himself, at the same time slowly easing into a series of gyrations from his hips, increasing the sensation as he grounded his body against his lover's. His eyes strayed away and his focus was lost, instead simply watching Noah's hands move, mesmerized by them. Then, without realizing it, he noted that he'd begun to pick up his pace until he could start to hear a faint thud followed by a slap come with each rotation. As he tried to pull back to deepen the movements and draw them out, his eyes shut close and his mind numbed at a surge that felt almost like he pulled a muscle when in reality it was something much more benign - and enjoyable. And amazing. It was a feeling followed by raising Noah up slightly as he quickly retracted. And he didn't realize that it would feel so good.

So, the man, who felt fairly confident in his ability to not kill his precious gem lost himself a little. Forgot about his integrity a little, that human modesty that he liked to pretend that he had. At first it started with another series of slow gyrations, except with Noah still slightly raised, then it became something rapid and vicious in the span of mere moments. He gripped the man's hips more tightly, then quickly started to raise and lower him as his legs powered successive strikes that filled the tent with two sounds: loud smacking sounds and Caesarion's restrained moans. The restraint in his cry was only so as to not bring attention to himself - but his movements themselves exhibited no such restraint, no such attempt at incognito, instead only a deep desire to mutually gratify the two and award their bodies for what their hearts had to endure at glance of all of this fear, pain, and inability to so easily trust.

He brought Noah back down onto him, holding up his rear with one of his hands and locking fingers with one of Noah's, following his movements as he comforted his own body, Caesarion kissing the back of his head and ruffling his hair with his nose. Then, after holding Noah's hand for a moment, he slid his other palm to assist in holding up the man's lower body as he applied his muscles and unleashed an impassioned flurry.

The heat that stained the air once bothered Noah, now he was the producer of it. His muscles contracted and pulled him to and fro across his lover and he ground his body into Caesarion’s, each pull and push sending rushing waters of elation up through Noah’s body. His fingers were engulfed in the darkness of his brown strands of hair and he gripped at them with each pressure driven movement by Caesarion. Noah was conscious enough to keep his moans under at least some form of control. The tent village around them, albeit a bit off, was still there and the owners of those tents -- whom he assumed to be Caesarion’s traveling companions -- could very well hear the lovers’ tussle going on behind the thin walls of the abode.

He tried to show restraint and closed his gaping mouth. Instead of gasps and sighs of pleasure there were now hums of varying pitch depending on the stroke of his motions against Caesarion’s hips. He played with his tempo, upsetting the balance he had constructed, replacing it with quick bursts of rounding, shallow speed before that too was replaced with slow, deep motion where he bore down on his partner in a everlasting need to satisfy his man. Not only did his motions prove to satisfy Caeasrion -- as heard by his grunts and groans, restrained as they were -- they pleased Noah as well as once gasps turned to whimpers of a heated melody.

It was then that Noah felt the familiar pulling at his hips, the hands of his lover beckoned him onward in non-verbal motivation. Even though this was welcome, the feelings that Caesarion communicated to him were motivation enough to make the Kelvic consider every rotation and lull of his hips. With each buck he was overwhelmed with the pleasures of his own mind’s manifestation as well as those created and translated by Caesarion. This tangle accompanied with throbbing warmth, topped off with rising heat made the Kelvic realize just how hard he was working and just how much two human bodies could do.

Darkened silence was constantly interrupted by the chorus of scorching hums and grunts that Caesarion and Noah produced. Soon another sound added to this, the sound of skin on skin produced by wild motions. Caesarion had bid that Noah cease his rolling, rather than that, he’d have Noah endure his wild, punishing thrusts upwards. These new movements on part of his lover caused the Kelvic brace himself forward once more, as to not be dislodged from his mounted position. Noah could feel the humanity slowly slip from the man’s grasp, in its place primal urges were beginning to take root and prosper.

In this building flourish Caesarion then pulled at Noah, forcing him back into laying on the man’s chest. Noah felt Caesarion’s hands cross his body as they searched for new areas to grasp. One found itself bearing as support for the Kelvic, raising his body to allow for continued and rapid entry as enforced by Caesarion and the other found Noah’s own hand. There was a lulling moment midst the rapids where Kelvic and bondmate recognized their titles.

In this moment of appreciation Noah could feel the quick breaths of his lover across the nape of his neck and Caesarion’s groans muffled within the recesses of Noah’s hair. Noah grasped the man’s hand for support in this shifting tide where the constant rise and fall of Caesarion’s plunging had began to overcome the Kelvic’s tolerance. He gasped desperately so when a new sensation began to stir in him, one that wasn’t so foreign but hadn’t come on in such an intense way before.

Noah was unsure on how long he could hold out in this bodily onslaught against Caesarion. His breath was catching and his stamina waned. It was then that Caeasrion released their handhold and sent his other hand to station itself at Noah’s other hip. The Kelvic’s backside was lifted further from his partner and the rigid bounding continued. In this new explosion of energy Noah found his restraints cut loose and he let out whining whimper that transformed into a throaty moan. His hands felt useless, paralyzed by the mixture of feelings that flooded his body. His nerves were shot by Caesarion’s newfound rhythm. His hands gripped at his chest and abdomen while he was bounded and rebounded by Caeasrion’s unchecked motions.

[The Kabrin Road] Some Other Time (Noah)

The entire experience was wildly riveting, Noah playing his part perfectly as Caesarion embraced and was eclipsed by the feeling of complete serendipity. His lover and bondmate felt smooth, a comfort against his body, something to hold and unleash his feelings into. More than that, his instincts - years of built up curiosity, and by the end of it he found that it was all far greater than he possibly thought. This love that he built from nowhere had already taken root deep inside of him, sitting alongside the sort of perfectly unfathomable pleasure that Noah's body brought his. On that note, his lover was perfect in his movements - everything he did brought Caesarion a greater sum within his already infinite enjoyment, eventually his body becoming wielded and worked up to the point where he was no longer recognizable. And yet everything he'd done as of yet was reflective of this encounter: all of those exercises as a bodybuilder and all of those sessions of pondering the inside of a man's body made him the lover he wanted to be - and the lover Noah needed - when the time actually came for him to put to the test in pleasing another man. All of his rotations were perfectly paced and rounded, balanced, with unrelenting strength and infinitely disposable stamina.

His body completely encompassed Noah's in all areas, with every inch of his lover being covered by Caesarion and both of them becoming drenched by each other's sweat, adding an aroma to the environment around them that smelled like one of a variety of liquids mixed with perpetual hot breaths and pheromones, crafting a very unique scent that he hadn't quite experienced. It fit - it was perfect for the mood, which was to say altogether beastly and carnal, and quickly changing to be even moreso - whatever droplets left of human blood they had was replaced instead by animal, and surely only the most uncivilized of beasts even then. His upward motions increased in pace gradually, eventually becoming the status quo as the sounds of breaths were drowned out by thuds and other such impacting noises. Caesarion drew closer to an end to this, and due to his newfound mutual sense, he knew that Noah as well struggled to keep himself from giving in. So he embraced the thought of giving in - he didn't fight it for a moment. As Noah rebounded and he bounded, each of them embracing the euphoria of one another, he felt the final series of emotional and physical shifts begin to swell within him. Caesarion then cried out for a moment, before kissing and licking at Noah's ear as he resolved through an eclipse of overpowering sensations and a surge that would normalize his body and emotional state.

He swung his hips one more time at the very end, his abdomen rising and falling, raising and lowering Noah's back as his body calmed itself. He lowered Noah to where his rear end was back to pressing against Caesarion's pelvis and his outer thighs, and the man slowly moved his palms to smooth back over Noah's pale, soft chest as he laughed silently through his rapid exhales. "Thank you, Noah," he whispered in his ear as he stroked the man's abdomen. "I've needed that for the past twelve years." If Caesarion had to guess, he imagined Noah might only be eighteen or slightly higher based on his physical attributes and the maturity of his face. The Ravokian on the other hand was in his mid-twenties, and he had not for a single moment in his life ever felt this much sensational relief. He was completely at ease, all muscles relaxed and all nerves without tension. More than that - he felt such great comfort with the smaller man wrapped in his arms, against his chest, beautiful and benign - a provider of both pleasure and love, a sweet little thing he needed to keep with him for the rest of his days.

He reached to his side and grabbed the edge of his blanket, pulling it over Noah while his other arm brought his pillow to the back of his neck, his body slighting raising as he placed it underneath himself, though he made sure Noah kept stability. "Would you mind going to sleep like this?" He asked, lowering the Kelvic slightly so that his head rested at the very tip of Caesarion's torso, rather than against his face. "I want to hold you." He had an awful ability to express his feelings as words, but he figured the simple declaration of wanting to comfort his lover would suffice. His heart was filled with an infinite series of complex emotions at the moment, a union forming between compassion, bonding, protection, instinct, love and commitment. He resolved within himself that he would always be good to Noah, for as long as Noah was with him - better than he was to himself, better than he'd ever let himself be to anyone.

And so that thought eclipsed his mind as he began to settle himself in to this deep sleep - one where he would dream, and intertwine with his beloved, by night and by day and through death and life.

Noah’s body held a thin film of sweat that only added to the rising aroma within the tent. Caesarion’s hands held the Kelvic firmly through it all, however, and continued his relentlessness that sent Noah bounding and rebounding. With each riveting pulse upwards and retraction downwards, Noah let out uncontrollable gasps through once restrained lips. Once he had let his hands limply find themselves upon his own glossy body, now, though, they gripped the man under him. They found Caesarion’s sides and felt the contractions of his raw muscles beneath his own moist skin.

Even though it was Noah that lay on top of Caesarion it felt more like the man that bore down on the Kelvic. With each slap of skin and euphoric release of tension, the Kelvic was taken more and more under the spell and control of Caesarion. Noah was losing himself much in the same fashion that Caesarion was apparently displaying. Even though the Kelvic had long lost control of the situation, he still bore the repercussions for his actions, having had engaged in such a tangle. This punishment for his actions, though, was one that he had learned to enjoy very quickly. He had never been allowed to lose his humanity while maintaining his humanoid mirage. Tonight was different and it would stay marked down in Noah’s memories as a night to remember, for it was the night of his bonding and the night of him finding the one to call his own.

This night was faithful and he shared it with a man he barely knew. On any other day, a day when Noah wasn’t starving like he was moments before meeting Caesarion, he would’ve overlooked the man without a second glance. He assumed that fate, the gods, and the world had willed this day, willed the hare to intertwine Caesarion and Noah’s paths. Now their paths merged into one, one where Caesarion would lead and Noah would follow him, protect him, and motivate him to reach his goals. Noah would align his dreams to his lover now and aid him in whatever he needed. Something in him told him, too, that Caesarion would share the same sentiment. The gods wouldn’t put Noah with someone that would only serve to harm him, right?

He didn’t let the doubt wallow around. Quickly he found the familiar feeling began to stir within, as if a river was turning into rapids and then those rapids forcing their way into an ocean. He gripped at his lover again, breath being halted in quick succeeding milliseconds. Caesarion’s swinging hips helped Noah along to this point and he felt the raging rapids within his abdomen push and demand release. The entire time he fought, bearing down on his partner, not letting himself be overcome by such a primal and unrelenting urge. Eventually though it was coaxed onward by Caesarion’s assault and the man’s labored grunting into Noah’s ears.

The vaguely familiar tingling in Noah’s lower extremities turned into a pulsating and energy filled convulsion. The air refused to come into his lungs as the Kelvic was constricted with his own muscles. The contractions forced him to pivot his torso upwards and forced his nails to dig into his lover as he was taken away from reality once more. The world was seemingly splitting behind his closed eyes and his body tightened and brought forth the rapid spurting sensations of release. “Caesarion!” he managed to gasp midst his rambunctious confrontation with heightened pleasure. The plateau of pleasure that he had been riding till this point, finally spiked and shattered the sloppily painted picture Caesarion and Noah had created. Replacing it stood a carnal and primal finalization of the act in Noah’s mind.

Noah’s fall from his crescendo wasn’t a graceful one. He was still being rocked and shoved by his lover who had yet to meet an end. Caesarion’s end did come too and it matched the same energy that Noah’s did. Even though Noah had met his own end, his moaning was not allowed to cease. Caesarion still egged on before the tell-tale signs of his strength wavering and giving in became apparent. His last swings held the last of his strength and produced his conclusion, albeit loud and powerful. His cry was stifled quickly though as his once gaping mouth preoccupied itself with nipping at Noah’s ear as he fell from his cloud of enlightenment.

The man let out a small laugh, airy and exhausted. Noah did not carry the laugh on, instead he sighed a tired sigh and opened his eyes to the luminescent room. He felt Caesarion’s hands smooth against his torso, pale like the moon’s rays, they continued to smooth across his chest until the man began to enclose Noah in his hold where, despite the heat, Noah felt safe and secure as they recovered from their lovers' throe. Noah’s body was void of any tension. He lay against his lover in their humid environment without a disturbing thought in mind.

“Thank you, Noah,” Caesarion whispered into the Kelvic’s ear, his hand stroking against the soft skin of Noah’s belly. Although Noah didn’t quite understand the meaning that his second phrase held, he hummed in agreement.

In the moments that followed, Noah found himself shifted against his lover and covered by a blanket. Caesarion expressed his want to hold Noah, and even though the Kelvic did not wish to be kept in the heat any longer, he obliged. Though, he flipped himself over so that the side of his cheek could lay against Caesarion’s chest and his ear could listen to the sounds of his lover’s lungs filling with air and his heart beating in its powerful way. He still lay atop his lover, and felt a deep sense of comfort when the man’s larger arms wrapped around him.

The Kelvic was lulled into a deep, dream-filled sleep by the slow yet rhythmic beating of Caesarion’s heart, the quiet rush of his blood flowing through his veins, and the air forcing its way to inflate his chest. Noah rose and fell with each breath Caesarion took and rode the man-made waves into nirvana.
