I actually do a lot of cooking IRL, though only by the book, but I've learned a thing or two. Except I do asian/east indian/etc, and looking at the spice price list, it looks like Mizahar has purely european cuisine/plant life. I mean, I could list 10 spices used in almost every japanese recipe, but I have no idea what's good and what's not in european food.
So, would it be possible to request a "spice kit" at an estimated combined cost? Or perhaps some suggestions? Violet spent 2 years pre-game-start in a traveling trade caravan that went from Avanthal to Syliras, so the idea is that she would have a pretty varied collection to start with (do I have to do a flashback to get this?).
Also, would it be possible to get an "upgraded" cook/chef kit, or should I just buy a bunch of implements at random?
And lastly, does every single new purchase need to be RPed, or only if the item specifically says it's unique or hard-to-find?
