Aevian Appearance Race: Svefra Gender: Male Age: 23 Birthday: 25, Summer, 492 AV Birthplace: Aboard the Flying Lantern in the Suvan Sea Appearance: Aevian stands about six and a half feet tall. His gleaming olive-hued skin is nearly flawless, marked only by a terrible scar that stretches from his right shoulder to his left hip. Slender and powerful, his lean muscles ripple smoothly as he moves, a hint of ferocity in his gait and in his sapphire gaze. Broad shoulders give him a large, solid appearance as they lead into arms reinforced with solid cords of muscle. Slim thighs and solid calves attest to the strength of his long legs, while his well developed abdominal and strong chest make up his upper body. His raven black hair is short and slightly messy, his round ears concealed. His nose is small and straight, resting above his slightly thick lips. Strong lines define his chin and jawline, while noble cheekbones and hollow cheeks complete his visage Tattood on his unmarred forearm is a simple yet elegant shark, the ink swirling to form an accurate representation of Raktai. Fully grown at around nine and a half feet long, and weighing in at a around three hundred pounds, Raktai is just like any bull shark. A beast of pure power, he posses a short, blunt snout, as well as a pugnacious disposition and a tendency to head-butt his prey before attacking. His pectoral fins are rather long, the tips darker than the rest. The top of him is grey, like any other shark, with a white underside. His teeth, probably the most dangerous part of the creature, are triangular and serrated, sharp enough to shred his prey with near ease. Character Concept Aevian Seashark is your average pirate hunter: a ruthless, calculating beast on the sea with a love of dancing, parties, and life's joys. The Svefra posses a deep-seated hatred for all pirates, well-known and just coming into their career. To them, he's nothing but a violent, cunning shark, out to eliminate pirates from the world's population all together. By land or sea, it matters very little to him. He'll find them, and make them pay dearly for their crimes. Otherwise, Aev's a nice, caring, warm-hearted fellow. His love of dancing has made him rather quick and steady on his feet, and a frequent party-goer, whenever he can find one. Like his brethren, he love finding the joy in life, and storing especially happy, momentous memories to look back on with a smile. Character History Born the summer of 492 AV, Aevian was easily seen as a pure-blooded Svefra. His bright blue eyes - Laviku's gift - was evidence enough, but he also took naturally to the seas at such a young age. He met Raktai, who was also quite young, when he was about 10 years of age, and the two were inseparable as brothers since. His parents and former pod members were cautious about the potentially deadly beast. At first, at least. It was apparent in the first few minutes of contact that the creature wanted nothing but the boy's love, which he was happy to give. Aevian will probably always love Raktai, as it was the shark who once saved his life. A year or two after having met, a pirate ship attacked their pod. Rather stupidly, to be honest: the Svefra where in their natural enviroments, where they had been BORN in. The pod was able to eliminate the threat, though not without a few casualties. Aevian himself received both of his scars during the attack, and one of the orcas a pod member had befriended perished. It was only through Raktai's efforts that Aevian got far enough away to stay safe until he reunited with his pod a few hours later and his wounds treated. Since then, though, Aev's life has been nothing but joy and life and love. He finally got his own casinor when he was 20 years old, a gift from a pod member who passed away. He sailed with his pod and Raktai for a few years, until he was able to sail on his own and without any sort of guidance. He then left on good terms with his pod, striking out on his own path.
