When picking a character sheet template should you pick the one from the city you're living in or the one from the city you're from?

hii Gwen: The answer to your question is fairly simple. They are just templates that give base ideas. We don't require you use any of them but most of us either pick one we like, or pick one that makes it easiest to write our character out. I suggest using which ever makes the most sense for you character.

It's best to choose the Character Sheet that is for the City that you would like to live in. There are some regions that have their own currency and the basic city specific Character Sheets will have all the information that you need for that particular city.

If I want my new character to start off part of the Night Eyes when I create them, do I have to write a flashback explaining how they joined?

Hello !

As a newbie to Mizahar I have a few questions...

So I am starting here with Ashka, a Dryka who lives in the Sea of Grass in her family's Pavilion. I took the traveller's package for housing, but I don't need a 4-person tent, I only need a small one (1 person).

My first question is, could I swap the tent for a smaller one and get the money difference ?
Or should I just cash in the whole housing package and buy every individual item I want to have ?

I also have questions regarding the Strider, the family herd, and the family members themselves.
Do I have to make a presentation sheet for her Strider and a detailed list of what the family possesses, in terms of animals and items ?
And if I want her to interact with her family members, and probably gain skills doing so (cooking, hunting, leatherworking and such) do I need to make NPC requests for each member ?

I'd appreciate any help, I have been reading a lot of the lore but couldn't clarify those specific points.

Instructions for adding Endrykas NPCs and Pavilions can be found here as long as you don't mind other people potentially using them.

According to the Endrykas Codex all local Drykas are required to have the horse/traveller's package. As far as I'm aware, the packages aren't negotiable.
