I love the idea of the gazette! And especially seeing as the proprietor has skills in Subterfuge! And a handy way for people to stay up to date (or for new lads and lasses such as I to catch up)

The couriers intrigue me somewhat, are they going to be akin to investigators or do they simply collect information from the locals?

Alright Starlings!

The Council of Radiance is up! I know it took forever, and it clashes with some of the governmental Calendar events, but that is why I put the Gazette up.

The Gazette will mainly be used by me and Mirage to move along IC plots for you guys, as needed. I did make it so that you guys can't post in it, but that doesn't mean it isn't open to you! If you feel that you want to announce something that could be important to the other players, just post in my office and let me know! I will send you a PM to get your idea and draft and see if we can get it in the Gazette.

Right now, the Council of Radiance will not be taking any PC canidates until Spring (the elections will be held then), which gives those wishing to apply time to get their qualifications done. Until then, I will be trickling in NPCs and locations for you guys to use and working on integrating the new system IC through modded threads.

But now that this is up, it means one wonderful thing: We don't need to worry about the government anymore! I might be doing another season of personal plots for people, just to let things settle. We do have some very very cool events popping up in the near future that don't need to revolve around the Government, so now that my painstakingly slow development is done, we can get on that!

So get familiar with the Constellations, the Counil and the Shinya, becuase this is how they are going to be for now on. If you want to get a little more info on my views on how the three factions work together, this video should help you out, if you can understand me.

So let me know your thoughts, guys! I look forward to having a stable government now, and we can start to explore different ideas within the city.

Finally! Mirage and I have gotten through all the SS thread updated (Saej, yours is coming). I had requests in my office, the request thread and my inbox, so if I missed one or two, please post it here. That way I can get to it real quick and not have to sort through a bunch of other things.

Also, Alses took interest in creating a festival for this winter. This reminds me to extend the offer to everyone. Even though we only have one day left, let me know if you want anything added to the calendar! If you submit the event you want in my office, I will see if I can fit it in for you!

Hey guys! I posted the calendar and registry a day early, I will be taking off for the next two weeks to finish up exams. When I get back, I will be posting the festivals for you all to play in and taking requests for anyone who wants a modded thread. I want to focus on you guys this season, so if you have any plots you want help with, I'm here for it!

In the meantime, have fun!

So WR closed down (which, if I'm honest is extremely convenient for me

) and as a result you all will have to put up with Bran again

There is one thing I will be doing for sure, and that is laughing at Alses for being driven out of Elysium Hall :lol:

In all seriousness though, I will probably do a thread about (with permission of course, if necessary) the Return of Incognito. It's going to be real fun.

I'm not really sure yet when exactly I'll have Bran arrive, but I'll definitely be around this season, so if you want to plot/thread hit me with a PM.

Also, Neo, do I submit my wages request from Fall here or in WR? I'm not really sure what to do since it closed lol

xWelcome back Brandon! PM me about your plans for the return of Incognito and we'll see if we can get something set up.

And as for the spirit, see if anyone would like to join you, and I can give you the information on that when I get back.

Honestly, with the wages, I'm not sure. I would suggest PMing Mirage about that.

And for everyone else who is looking to come to Lhavit from WR: I've added a tiny event on the 7th, where you can officially be brought by Wind Eagles and either be left behind by the rush to leave or choose to stay. I hope that makes things a little easier on you guys, but if you have a different plan, just PM me and let me know! A city closing is a special circumstance, but I still want to check plans, just in case.
