Victor Marivaldi Appearance Standing at a tall 6ft2 Vincent is very slender and elegant looking. Extremely pale skin looking sickly in nature Vincent has matching silvery grey hair. There are no distinguishable marks on Vincents face or skin suggesting he has not known much hardships in life so far. He has long unfiled nails which could easily be mistaken for claws and has a devilish looking smile to match his bright red eyes. Character Concept Victor is a very elegant and graceful man at first glance but once you have spent some time with him you learn that he is quick to anger. He has a distrust for all non symenestrans due to the way he has been treated by most since he has left Kalinor. He enjoys the arts and fine things but isnt a stranger to the more Depraived parts of life. Victor believes the harvest to be an absolutely necessity the the symenestrans survival as a race and would defend their right to conduct the harvest to anyone who challenged it. Character History Born in Kalinor in the year 495 to a small web. Victor has always been close with his family. Growing up Victor always enjoyed sneaking around the vast emptiness of the city, running around trying to hunt and catch bats for fun. Victor and his younger brother and cousins would frequently have competitions as to who could catch the most. When not out exploring Kalinor the group had found themselves enchanted by the aerial dancers. after seeing their first dance they couldn't not try it themselves. Victor loved it, he would spend most of his waking hours practicing and trying to learn the delicate art. At the age of 10 Victor learned of his peoples reproduction cycle the hard way. His elder sister fell pregnant. Victor at this age was unaware of what this meant and had no idea of the harvest. Upon giving birth unsurprisingly his elder sister was killed during child birth. It was after this that his father had sat Victor down and explained the importance of the harvest and how it was Victors responsibility to conduct it. During Victors adolescent years his focus shifted more towards the harvest rather then dancing. Being the eldest in quite a small web it was expected of him to carry out the harvest. Victor spent much time in preparation for it. Whenever foreign traders came through he would pick up as much information he could as possible. Eventually Victor even picked up the common tongue of the foreigners. Victors cousin had become quite skilled with the lash in preparation for his own harvest and had taken it upon himself to teach victor how to defend himself should the worst happen. After spending years preparing to leave Kalinor to go out on the harvest Victor set out and decided to head for Syliras. He had heard many stories about the great city from visitors to Kalinor and wished to see it for himself.
