[OOC Thread] Moving with the Herd

Postby Naiya on February 11th, 2016, 3:03 pm

Hey guys I've been pretty busy with the move, so my posting is not at all where I wanted it to be. Not to mention the season is almost up, so I'm going to take the next couple days and be selfish and get the first post of a number of solo threads up.

I know I promised people threads this season, and they can still happen, but I need y'all to start the thread and shoot me the link in a PM. The vital story arc solos are going to have to be my priority the next few times I log in. The only other thread that is going to get a lot of attention is the moderated thread I'm running.

Hopefully I'll make some good progress and be able to get back into things with people before the season turns...

Sorry to those of you I know have been waiting on me forever. If I'm making you nuts, you're welcome to post a closing to a thread and submit for grading. We can pick up a thread later when rl isn't so crazy.

Well, yes and no. House needs so much work, and we are both obnoxiously poor college students, but we are living here and having a grand ol' time. It just is really work intensive. For example, I've got to go get a fence post hole maker thing and put in a fence all the way down the back acre.

House is lovely, though, and we are finally starting to make it feel like home. So I can't say I'm not absolutely loving it.

Save yourself the trouble of wooden posts. By the steel ones and drive them into the ground with a dredge hammer. Cheaper, faster, easier. You can always go back and replace them for aesthetics.

Oh.. like the sharp ended metal post and then I don't need the fancy hole maker tool? Just the big mallet and I can chain link the fence?

Graders Please Note :
As Ball is getting closer and closer to maxing out Pyken as a skill, I would like to request that in places where Ball is not doing enough to constitute Pyken XP if Pyken technique lores could be issued instead.

Examples of proper XP level for Pyken would be: Ball developing or refining his technique by adding new thing against an actual moving target, not a dummy.

The use of basic skills alone are not enough to accomplish XP at Ball's current level of Pyken.

Thank you.

I will be handling all Ball related posts on Mondays @ 1800 my time *

Yup! You just wire everything to the posts. You can even use livestock panels if you want. I'm not sure what you're trying to keep in...or out.
