Appearance: Kara has dark brown hair that darkens to black tips down to her shoulder blades. She has cat-like hazel eyes that glimmer with curiosity and a little bit of mischief. They also allow her to see very well both in the daytime and at night. She’s a little taller than 5 feet and weighs the average weight for someone her age. She is often perceived as weak, but she is stronger than she looks. When she first meets someone, she may come off as serious, but once she gets to know the person she’ll show her bright smile. Matching up with her feline side, she is more flexible than most people.
Concept/Personality: Kara is more positive than most, and she’s also intelligent, kind, and curious. When she meets new people, she is often shy and introverted, but she often opens up after getting to know them. She’s always willing to help those in need, and her friendly and bubbly personality gains her new friends everywhere. Her characteristics can clash with her cat instincts, but she usually has it under control.
History: Kara grew up in Syliras with her parents and little sister. She was constantly looking after her ferret sister because her parents couldn’t keep up. Her sister was very curious, and the two of them explored the city together as they got older, causing them to grow close to each other as they got into and out of escapades together. That also means that Kara is familiar with many alleys and shops that are not known by most people. Kara never had any formal schooling, and other than her parents teaching her basic survival and academic skills she has no other education. But what she lacks in academic smarts she has in street smarts. Because of her adventures with her sister, she honed her skills at shapeshifting as she matured. Her family was never rich, but they weren’t terribly poor either. Kara didn’t have to worry about her meals, but she never wanted any special luxuries either. She easily could have been a thief if she wanted to, but she wished to be helpful instead, so she spent her days being the invisible helper in others’ lives (when she wasn’t keeping track of her easy-to-lose sister, of course).

Heirloom: Charm bracelet assembled by Kara’s parents and given to her at her birth. She always has it on when she is a human, but she makes sure to take it off before morphing into her cat form in order to prevent damaging it. It has multiple charms on it, including a “K”, a heart, a crescent moon, a flame, and a cat paw (added by Kara a couple of months later).
Housing: Syliras, Stormhold Citadel
A 20x20 apartment with a hearth, bunk, chest, chair, and small table. As it is the cheapest housing available, the apartment is situated deep within the interior of Stormhold Citadel and does not include any windows, only a ventilation shaft to bring in fresh air. Each hallway is lined with torches which are kept lit at all hours of the day, allowing for light and giving residents free access to something to light their hearth from.
