I've been reading some of the threads floating about (not just Endrykas) and I've noticed some similar misunderstandings in the way of trapping and employing snares. I found a really cool article but then I found a picture that sums it up without too many words.

How to use snares! I've been hunting most of my life and have never seen the one used to trap fish. I feel like most of them are self explanatory in how they work except perhaps the bird trap. The horizontal piece is made to fall out under the weight of the bird which frees the rock to drop and snag the feet of your prey. If anyone has any questions regarding hunting or trapping, I am a wealth of knowledge.

To the Drykas PCs, I would like to see more emotional moments with striders. One would almost never go anywhere without his or her strider. It's also likely that once in the yvas, a rider would not dismount unless to enter a tent or check a trap. I would like to see more people conducting social affairs from horseback. The creator of the Drykas race has expressed to me that losing a strider would be equated to losing an arm or leg. With that knowledge, I would like to see everyone who plays a Drykas to make small adjustments to how his or her character uses the strider. They are more than transportation; a strider is the soul's companion.

My main goal this season is to turn the ship of Endrykas back towards the original concept that spawned its creation. I'd also like to see all of you participate in a thread or two where you're not sure your PC would be comfortable.

Shameless self promotion: The event for the 58th is guaranteed to have a conflict with PCs from another city. I'd like to have four or five to bring to the show.
