1. Name - or what you'd like to be called!
My character name will do quite serviceably - or, if you prefer, I am known to go by Byron elsewhere.
2. What sort of RP experience do you have if any?
I haven't actually played in RPs much, but I run tabletop games (mostly 3.5) from time to time. Thought it'd be fun to get to do some magery of my own.
3. How did you find us?
Decided to look around for somewhere to do some magery of my own, as mentioned, and picked the first place that I found with an interesting magic system.
4. What sort of RP style is your favorite?
I'm not entirely sure how this question is meant, sorry. Would someone care to clarify?
5. What do you like to write about - not write about?
I enjoy writing about the arcane, especially from a "scientific" (i.e. experimental and logical) perspective, and intelligent undead as sort of "how one might live without what we take for granted as necessary".
6. Whats your favorite thing about Mizahar so far?
Probably the magic system - I want ALL the magics! (I'm aware I don't get ALL the magics, but I can tell this isn't going to be one of those settings where I feel like magic is just "ranged weapons, except with more damage and more costs."
7. What, if anything, has frustrated you about Mizahar so far?
Hm... Well, it's frustrating that I didn't make a character earlier. (Also, somewhat the starting character rules, but this seems mostly fixable through flashbacks, thankfully.)
8. What would you like out of the mizahar experience?
A setting to play a mage in where not all the exciting things have already been done/discovered; there's a lot less fun in magical research and experimentation if the purpose of your research is just "does my character get to use this spell that's already written down or not".
9. Is there anything you'd like to see expanded?
It would be useful to have "racial relations" and possibly also "religious relations" tables in the style found in AD&D - even just an indication of ally/friendly/neutral/unfriendly/hostile for each pair of races would be extremely useful to get an idea of the environment at a glance.
10. Anything else you want to talk about?
Well, my character... Wait, wrong thread? Okay, sorry.
(I'll have a character sheet up in an eventually.)
