Daela Appearance Race: Kelvic; Cyphrus Eagle Gender: Female Age: 2 Birthday: 47 Spring, 514AV Birthplace: Zeltiva Appearances   Human Relatively short, Daela in her human form only stands at about 5'6". Her hair is largely brunette, with lighter streaks of gold, reminiscent of the feathers of her Kelvic form. Her eyes are golden, the same in both forms, and she tends to keep her nails trimmed to fine points, so that she is armed with claws in both forms. Her skin is lightly tanned, evidence of her upbringing in the port city of Zeltiva. She is slightly stocky in stature, the power of her Kelvic form evidence in the muscling of her arms and shoulders as well as her thighs. Daela prefers to walk about nude; she's found that clothing generally serves as nothing more than a nuisance. Without it, she's only a blink of the eye away from shifting, a security she gladly sacrifices the comfort of others for; in Alvadas, her nudity is generally not as eyebrow-raising as it was in Zeltiva. Daela is more agile in her human form than her Kelvic one; while she weaves shifting into her busking, the majority of her act is performed while in the human form thanks to space constraints.   Kelvic Daela's Kelvic form is a Cyphrus Eagle; with a wingspan of seven feet, weighing in at about ten pounds. She is capable of flying 150 miles nonstop, and has excellent eyesight. Her claws and beak are formidable weapons, ones that she uses to great effect when hunting for food. At her size, Daela is capable of taking down large quarry(such as young deer, goats, and dogs) as well as smaller prey. Built more for power than for agility and speed, Daela can be outflown and outmaneuvred by most birds, although she has few matches in a head-to-head fight. Character Concept Daela is a relatively young unbonded Kelvic, and as such she is almost always unconsciously seeking approval. She is generally a quietly confident woman who enjoys performing, particularly when she can show off the grace and power in her Kelvic form. She has an inquisitive, sharp mind that readily absorbs any information presented to it, and she enjoys finding patterns in seemingly random things, which is one reason why Alvadas has yet to drive her to moving. Character History Born to Kelvic parents in Zeltiva in Spring of 514AV, Daela's bird form was a surprise to the two land predator Kelvic. She matured quickly, fledging at about ten weeks of age, and was ready to leave the 'nest' a few weeks later, her plumage giving her away as a juvenile. Daela stayed close to Zeltiva for a few seasons until, in Spring of 515AV, she heard of the wonderful enigma of Alvadas. Curiosity piqued, Daela made her goodbyes, receiving a locket with an intertwined section of cut hair from her parents before she left. She arrived in Alvadas in Summer of 515AV, and has made her home there ever since. Language Fluent Language: Common
