Syliran Knights, Knighting Quests, And Volunteerism

Just bumping this thread because I think it's a really great idea. I would certainly volunteer for Ball's quest in particular.

As far as I can tell, this would be an independently run operation- maybe with mod approval for initial entry? It might be a bit like the Consortia forum in terms of operation (at least, in my vision of the team). It would do good to have a leader, but since part of the point is to free up time for ST's, I don't think it makes much sense for them to have to moderate the group.
