Appearance
If Vesi was the superstitious type - and she is - she would say her looks, while pretty, bring about some misfortune. Her hair is a dull brown, and her eyes are so muted in their blue she was nearly tossed over the side. It is almost as if she was born to hide, which sounds rather shameful to her. The rest of her sticks to this subtlety, with a small frame and very slight curves. Even her freckles are not overt like she would prefer.
To combat this shame, her demeanor is as every bit a Svefra as she can muster. She is unafraid to show off her body, very open in her body language, speaks in an upbeat, if not always loud voice. She doesn't go so far as to stomp about, but every step she takes is one with purpose.
Besides all this, Vesi has Laviku's gnosis stretched across the inside of her right arm. She also has three tattoos that all have personal meaning to her. Her first tattoo is her pod tattoo, taking the cherry blossoms and the sea turtle that signify the Galesongs and combining them in a beautiful way. This one is located above her left ankle. On her right shoulder blade is a tattoo of the Palivar she and her father lived on. And her most recent tattoo, a stylized tattoo of her Tavan, rests center on her torso, just under her breasts.
Vesi's Gnosis & Tattoos :
Personality
Vesi tries her hardest to embody the Svefra way of life and for the most part she succeeds. She enjoys dancing, singing, being with those she cares about, and finding absolute joy in life. However, she finds herself content in the tranquil moments as well, as they are usually the best times to allow Laviku and the other Divines to whisper what she may need to know. She has her own superstitions and sticks rather close to them, and anyone who scoffs at them will quickly find her ire turned towards them. It is thanks to the superstitions and Laviku that she is alive today, and she will not sully them by making light of them.
Vesi does not do very well with being alone. She finds joy and energy in speaking and helping others, and being alone for longer than a few hours stops such positive energy from flowing through her. This usually means that Vesi goes through some desperate measures to keep people with her if she feels she's going to be alone for a day or so. Vesi is also not fond of blunt language. She finds it a delight to speak and cannot grasp why others would not feel the same way. Should she meet anyone who is blunt in their way of speaking, she tries to seize the conversation and ensure that they do not continue to speak.
