A Little About Me: Sports Versus Writing
1. I'm a very calmed relaxed person. Through writing, I don't get too stressed I'm pretty patient when it comes to writing with other thread mates. In sports, I have a difficulty of switching my calmned demenur to be more energetic as school throws me off. Especially- when I'm a Junior now and I'm making a stronger effort in my classes, well not technically stronger, but more of an advanced effort you can say.
2. Stress. When I get very stressed, I break down. Yes, a man like myself breaks under tons of pressure. Especially this week when I've had been struck by a very bad virus. My throat was acting like a total b****. School was just on my nerves lately and with me getting invovled with soccer and other extra curriculum after school, I was so exhausted that by Friday night i was half awake by 8:00, I didn't wake up until almost twelve in the afternoon yesterday. (I'm feeling a lot better now.)
3. I'm not very organized. Yes, I admit it. I'm not much of an organized personal. I don't plan before I do anything, that's pretty much why this relates to #2. Not planning things gets me pretty stressed out. If I don't have time to do what I need to get done, it just bothers the ever loving hell out of me. With sports, it aggravates me a whole lot knowing that some players on my team do not cooperate well, that's pretty much how we lose our games. (Everyone just has it in their freaking minds that they can run all the way across the field with the ball in front of their feet and just shoot. It's not a one man sport! (Soccer).
4. I'm not a very good test taker. Again, this relates to 3 and 2. I crack down my studying for days and yet, my grades on my tests show otherwise. Damn, it really ticks me off when i work really hard to not see a good enough grade on my tests.
5. I don't care what people think about me. Yes, I said it. Whatever you think about me, I don't usually care or really focus on it to much unless like your someone I fantasize about or something, but in reality have any of you heard the saying "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me?" If you have good, I don't need to explain it, but if you haven't, well let's just say when people say some really shitty things to you, or you've experienced things in the past that could traumatize the ever loving shit (pardon my language) out of you, just avoid it and move on. I also live by two sayings by Disney "Keep Moving Forward," and "just keep swimming." They do mean move on, and that's exactly how I live my life. No matter what's shown at me, I'll live.
6. My emotions don't usually get the best of me. I can control them. The only times when I usually can't is when I overexercise and I get exhausted and of course the emotions do get the best of me. Know what I mean?
7. I'm a loyal kind of guy. I don't judge people off the bat, I usually like to get to know them first. That includes my fellow writers on Miz.
8. I don't like long conversations. I'm not much of an guy who takes an hour to talk about one subject. Unless if it's something that everyone else is interested in. Really. I usually take like three minutes to five tops on one subject and I usually grow quiet.
9. I'm a quiet person, not very social. I don't usually spark interactions with others as this relates with 8 and 1.
10. I usually tend to be a lone wolf. What I mean is that I like to work alone unless on particular occasions like Mizahar where it involves collaboration. Honestly if I didn't join this site I'd probably be a social wreck. This site has gotten me the courage to work up new relationships and such. Now, talking to people isn't much of a problem, but I really don't like being the center of attention.
11. Being the center of Attention. No, I don't like it, as it says in number 10, I don't like being the center of attention within big crowds and such. It gets me uncomfortable.
12. I don't like selfish people. Yes, most of us don't. When people get jealous of you and tend to push you around, that's when I call it quits and not talk to you anymore. Unless you yourself can change, but their are people like that at my school that I have come to terms with.
13. I'm not a leader, I'm a follower. By this, I don't take action in terms of figuring out what to do, I'd usually blend in with the crowd instead of being myself. Which isn't always a bad thing. This is different with Soccer though as I usually take a little more initiative to talk during the games- meaning to cooperate and such as it's important to communicate.
14. Focus. My focus on things tend to be a little weak. As i get distracted very easily. This relates to 4 and 3. My focus plays a big role for a lot of things that I'm involved with. That's why my writing tends to drift and my interest isn't usually high when it comes to soccer or any other sport or curriculum.
15. I tend to worry. I worry where others think when u send a pm or an email. I don't get anxious or anything like they if i haven't received one in like five minutes add I understand that they're buddy and all. Though, I worry any tests, sports, now I have to worry about my ACT test. Currently, My biggest fear is that I won't get into a really good college.
16. People bore me. I'd rather go on my phone or ride my bike than to talk all day. Seriously.
17. I'm not very sympathetic. True, emotions play a minor role to why things have gone wrong and others are to blame. I usually approve such personal reasons to why others can't do this or that. Otherwise, I don't care, they've should've just gotten done what was needed to be done. Truthfully.
18. I do have a dark side. Don't be fooled. If you ever meet me in person I'm usually a nice guy with me but i also don't like to feel pushed around. "Don't poke the bear!" I will get very upset and super angry at you if anyone screws with me. It's not nice and I'd rather you respect it than mess with me. Please? Thank you.
19. I debate about who the best person is about what versus this or that. If I work really hard and earn all of the credit for something and you come and eventually do nothing with the project that we work on, I get really upset and debate about it. Really.
20. I have just as much maturity as an average adult would. They say that things you've experienced in the past really shape who you are. Well, raising five other siblings before you even hit highschool is like a brick in the head. Yeah, or merely a pain in the ass. No I didn't work, but my biological mother was a total ass hat. Yeah, she was so her mistakes screwed up our family. (We still get to see each other). But, those mistakes she made impacted me strongly and I've became a better person than she could ever imagine, now I'm living with my father and that's all I got to say about it. FYI, things are going well since the past three years!
21. I love having friends around. No, I don't like to talk, but having friends is always a good thing when you need them because you can tell them things that you can't really tell your parents and you can relate to them a lot more than your parents.
This might be a little personal, apologies, but if you want to get to know me here it is. My 21 things that you might want to know about me. Obviously more to come, but I've decided to do this as Goss and Sayana had sparked my interest so I was like, ehat the heck why not. Plus, I wanted to update my Scrap lol. So enjoy.
